Guru Yoga: On the lotus and moon seat on the crown of my head, visualize the root guru as Vajradhara, with a blue body, one face and two hands holding a vajra and a bell, with a smiling face, adorned with bone ornaments, residing as the embodiment of all refuge objects. If you wish, you can take the vows of the five families, or if you simplify, take the vows of constant confession by reciting "I take refuge in the Three Jewels" three times. By whose grace great bliss arises, in an instant it appears, the guru's precious body, to the feet of the Vajra Holder I prostrate. The guru is the Buddha, the guru is the Dharma, likewise the guru is the Sangha, the guru is the glorious Vajradhara, I pray to you, please bless me. After praying in this way, the guru dissolves into light and dissolves into myself, visualize that my continuum is blessed. Write "Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om)" on the tip of the thumb, "Ah (藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：Ah)" on the tip of the little finger, "Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum)" on the inside of the wrist, and "Be (藏文：བཻ，梵文天城体：व，梵文罗马拟音：va，汉语字面意思：Be)" on the palm. As if its reflection appears, four letters appear within the source of dharma, radiating light. Arouse the minds of all the Buddhas, male and female, of the ten directions. Invite the nectar of wisdom, having the form of white and red bodhicitta, from the juncture, and dissolve it into the nectar within the skull cup. Recite "Om Ah Hum" three times. Take the nectar with the right middle finger, and apply a drop of nectar to the five fingers from the left little finger to the thumb, and to the surface of all the fingernails, reciting from "Om Bi" to "Phat Phat". Recite the three syllables, and sprinkle nectar on them. Recite the three syllables again, and anoint the entire body, visualizing the six armors dissolving into oneself. Scatter the nectar in all directions to places and objects with the left middle finger. Om Ah Na Hum. Om He Gha Gha Gha Ta Ya Ghata Ya Sarva Du Hum Hum Phat. Recite three times. Expel all obstacles. Recite and visualize that all directions, above, below, and in between, become a protective circle consisting of a vajra ground, a fence, a net, a tent, a canopy, and blazing flames of wisdom. Cultivate the four immeasurables, such as loving-kindness, and let the accumulation of merit be the guide. Then, first, the self-generation of the two-faced sow: Om Svabhava Shuddha Sarva Dharma Svabhava Shuddho Ham. Om Vajra Shuddha Sarva Dharma Vajra Shuddho Ham. Om Yoga Shuddha Sarva Dharma Yoga Shuddho Ham. Thus, purify the three doors and remember the meaning of emptiness in which the ground, path, and result are completely pure. From within emptiness, one's own body transforms into a square mansion with four doors and steps, adorned with all ornaments, completely perfect in all characteristics, surrounded by the eight great charnel grounds and a protective wheel, in the center of which is a red triangular source of dharma, with a thin root pointing downwards and a thick top pointing upwards, upon which is the back of a turtle.
