Rejoicing in mind. Turning the wheel and making supplications. Holding the Buddha's enlightenment in mind. Dedicating everything to enlightenment, supremely. To attain that, I will abide on the path. I take refuge in the Three Jewels. Thus it is said. Second is the praise: Visualize the Bhikshuni Palmo residing on a lotus and moon seat on your crown, making a request. Abiding on the supreme of immaculate lotuses. The surface of the navel is as soft as lotus petals. Adorned with a supreme golden belt, decorated with jewels. Holding a skirt of fine cloth with twisted patterns. The supreme wisdom of the able one, having crossed to the other shore of the great ocean. Having attained the supreme, accumulating much merit. The source of constant bliss, dispelling old age and disease. Performing the three liberations, showing the conduct of sky-goers. The supreme of beings, victorious over the battling demon armies. The sound of golden anklets, the feet are delightful.

Who is separated by the four abodes of Brahma. Who walks like a goose, like a proud elephant. Who gathers all the assemblies and cherishes the teachings. Who liberates from the ocean of milk and the ocean of water. Recite this twenty-one times. Whoever always rises early in the morning with reverence, contemplates Avalokiteśvara in their mind, and praises with this supreme praise purely and clearly, whether they are male or female, in this world or in all future lives, all needs, worldly and beyond, will be accomplished. Recite this once. Noble Avalokiteśvara, please consider me! Please bless the source of benefit and happiness, the teachings of the Sugata, to flourish and spread. Please bless the root of the teachings, the noble individuals, to have long lives and increase their benefit to others. Please bless all sentient beings to be happy and practice the holy Dharma.
