To the kind Manjushri, I prostrate with reverence. Supreme master of the lineage and the mandala ocean, By remembering you, suffering of samsara and nirvana is dispelled, To the root guru of unparalleled kindness, I prostrate with reverence, bless me with love. Thus I prostrate. In the third offering, Offerings such as water for washing feet, pairs of robes, sixteen goddesses, seven precious jewels, five desirable qualities, mandalas, and inner offerings are performed according to the common practice. Then, in the inner tsok offering, first, abandon attachment: Whatever you are attached to is the basis for all faults to arise, All the food, wealth, and enjoyment accumulated by afflictions, I offer to the supreme venerable guru, Please bless me to pacify miserliness and stinginess. Whatever appears as harmful enemies and demons, The self-image of your own anger arising, I offer to the retinue of the venerable guru, Please bless me to pacify anger into the sphere of reality. Friends who seem helpful but bind you to samsara, Relatives, close friends, attendants, and so on, I offer all of them to the supreme guru, Please bless me to pacify desire and conceptual thoughts. Although I have been a mother countless times in many lifetimes, Due to the power of karma and afflictions, I did not recognize my relatives, I offer the intermediate beings to you, Please bless me to pacify ignorance and jealousy. The actual offering is: The [པཾ་] (Tibetan, Devanagari paṃ, Romanized Sanskrit paṃ, lotus) syllable at the heart, Vajrayogini, Exits through the Brahma's gate through the central channel, Embracing the root guru, with "tsumpha", The stainless great bliss offering makes you very pleased. Again, visualize your own old body, Seeing it as large and oily, Thinking that all such bodies in the past have been meaningless, Now I will accomplish great things. Go to the charnel ground, with the hooked knife in your right hand, Cut off the head that appears as an ordinary body, Place it on the skull cup stand, The skull cup, white on the outside and red on the inside, In the vessel equal to three thousand worlds, Pour in the left and right feet, the lower abdomen, the internal organs, the upper abdomen, the two hands, the head, and the remaining parts, Gradually transforming them into a pile of flesh and blood. Ignite the fire of wisdom from below, Using the substances of the skull cup, From the melting light, Clouds of various desirable qualities emanate, In the ocean of stainless nectar, [ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།] (Tibetan, Devanagari oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Om Ah Hum). The root guru Rinpoche, the embodiment of all Buddhas, The offering that I have manifestly arranged,

This vow, please consider it well with a heart of love for me, and please accept it with great joy. From the heart of one's own body, which is clear as a deity, emanate many enchanting offering goddesses. Having taken the nectar well with the skull cup in their hands, they offer it to all the objects of offering, and it becomes an offering. Kind root guru, kind one, in the presence of the Lord of the Wheel, Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). In the presence of the embodiment of all refuges, Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). Thus, offer seven times to the root guru. Then, in the presence of the lineage gurus, Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). In the presence of the yidam deities... In the presence of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas... In the presence of the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas... In the presence of the Dharma protectors and wealth deities, Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). Please take this great ocean of wisdom nectar, and having taken it, please grant me and all sentient beings the supreme and common siddhis. The offering deities dissolve into the heart of the root guru, and thus, with uncontaminated delight, they become completely pleased with great bliss, and become endowed with an attitude of supreme joy. The remnants of the nectar, to the six types of sentient beings, in the presence of those who are clear as deities, Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). May attachment, hatred, and ignorance, the three poisons, and all conceptual thoughts be pacified, may bodhicitta arise, and may Buddhahood be attained. The secret offering is: From one's own heart, imagine that the offering goddesses, such as the lotus goddess, who are fully endowed with the characteristics of mudras, embrace the bodies of the objects of offering, and be pleased with the uncontaminated bliss of their minds. With various desirable qualities, like a magical illusion, with endless loving charm, created entirely by the activity of supreme wisdom, arising from the touch of the mudras, constantly offer the nectar of the sixteen joys of great bliss, and may you satisfy my being with co-emergent, completely perfect, and supreme play. Thus, praise. Finally, imagine that the offering goddesses dissolve into oneself, and that the wisdom of great bliss arises in one's being. Then, at the end of the imagined offering, as before. The offering of suchness is: Because one's own mind is inseparable from the guru and yidam, the offerer and the offered are beyond all elaboration, the inseparability of clarity and emptiness, the inexpressible innate nature, look at the natural face of the vajra of the mind, the way things are. Recite this and remain in equipoise for a little while. Fourth, the remaining limbs, such as confessing sins.
