།དགྱེས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་ངོ་བོར་རྟག་བཞུགས་ནས། ། དབང་དང་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྩོལ་བར་གྱུར། །ཞེས་བརྗོད་ཅིང་བསམ་ལ། དད་མོས་རྩེ་གཅིག་པའི་ངང་ནས། Think. Sixth, making aspirations: Based on the roots of virtue accumulated in this way, with a single-pointed mind, may these places of aspiration be quickly accomplished. The embodiment of all refuges, the body complete with the three seats, the speech that dispels the suffering of afflictions and proclaims the Dharma, the mind with five wisdoms, bliss-clarity, and non-conceptuality, remembering the glorious Lama, I offer prayers. The play of bliss and emptiness of limitless victors, may I have the aspiration to behold the beautiful face of the Dakinis. Third, the concluding rituals have six parts. First, praying for the desired purpose: As above, offer and purify. From emptiness, from the letter A, a wide and vast skull cup of wisdom arises, and from the HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) dissolving within it, offerings made of divine substances arise, and all musical instruments become clear and unobstructed, pervading the expanse of the sky. Bless them with OM VAJRA ARGHAM AH HUM (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨགྷཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र अर्घं आः हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra arghaṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，供品，啊，吽) up to SHAPTA AH HUM (藏文：ཤཔྟ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：शब्द आः हुं，梵文罗马拟音：śabda āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：声音，啊，吽). Offer with the two waters preceding, along with the offerings and musical instruments, saying OM GURU BUDDHA BODHISATTVA SAPARIWARA ARGHAM PRATICCHA SVAHA (藏文：ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་བུདྡྷ་བོ་དྷི་ས་ཏྭ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ཨགྷཾ་པྲ་ཏཱི་ཙྪ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：ॐ गुरु बुद्ध बोधिसत्त्व सपरिवार अर्घं प्रतीच्छ स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ guru buddha bodhisattva saparivāra arghaṃ pratīccha svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，上师，佛，菩萨，眷属，供品，接受，梭哈), etc. Joining the palms, the essence of all the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of all the Tathagatas of the ten directions and three times, becoming the Lord of Dharma, the King of Dharma, the Sovereign of Dharma, complete with all the wealth of the sacred Dharma, and the sacred glory of both samsara and nirvana, to the immaculate lotus feet of the holy Lama, I respectfully prostrate and take refuge. Please bless me and all sentient beings with all your body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. Please bless and pacify all harms from humans and non-humans arising from my past karma, and from temporary conditions, as well as harms from spirits, near harms, inauspicious omens and bad luck, and all outer and inner obstacles. Please bless me with the complete fulfillment of life, glory, wealth, and power. Please bless and pacify all conceptualizations that lead to wandering in samsara, such as the eight worldly concerns and distractions of signs, as well as all conceptualizations that lead to nirvana, such as weariness of helping others and the desire for one's own peace, may they not arise.

Please bless me to be endowed with perfect faith, compassion, and wisdom, to unite the two bodhicitta minds, and to generate in my mind stream the excellent Dharma appearances and virtuous realizations gathered by teachings and insights. When I am about to die, may I be free from attachment to this life and this world, may there be no pain or suffering in my body and mind, may I be filled with joy, happiness, and supreme clarity, and may the supreme samadhi arise in my mind stream. May I truly see the gurus and all the deities of the mandala, and the hosts of heroes and yoginis, who will greet me with inconceivable emanations. May I be free from all the fears of the bardo, completely transcend all the realms of demons and Yama, and attain the supreme state of vidyadhara and sky-goers. Please bless me to be free from all the decline of the world and beyond in all births and existences, to obtain the perfect prosperity of existence and peace, to truly hold all the ocean of scriptures of all the Tathagatas of the ten directions, to give great Dharma to all sentient beings who lack Dharma, to purify the Buddha fields, to ripen sentient beings, to please the holy guru with all things, to easily travel all the bhumis and paths, and to quickly attain the state of the great Vajradhara who possesses the four kayas and five wisdoms. Thus, pray with strong devotion. Second, gathering the field of merit: Through the power of offering and praying with such reverence, the guests of the offering gradually dissolve from the outside, transforming into light and dissolving into the root guru, who also dissolves into one's own Brahma.
