May the assembly of deities of the Guru and the Supreme Vajrayogini appear and increase before the eyes of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! After saying this, strike the hand drum. Again, with mudras, recite: Om Sarva Bid Pura Pura, Sura Sura, Avartaya Avartaya Ho! Namas Manta Buddha Nam! Abhi Smarana Imam Gagana Kham! Dharma Dhatu Akasha Samanta Nam! Fourth, the remaining limbs such as confessing sins should be done: With my body, speech, and mind, due to greed, hatred, and delusion, whatever sins I have committed in the dangerous realms of samsara, I confess them all. Whatever virtuous deeds the Complete Buddha Protector, Bodhisattvas, and other noble beings have done, in order to attain the supreme fruit of enlightenment, I constantly rejoice in all of them. Complete Buddha Jewel, the place where my own mind abides, and the supreme Dharma that completely cuts the net of conceptualization, the assembly of land masters and the ascetic monastic community, with great faith, I constantly take refuge. To the victors and those who skillfully protect the self-nature, I completely offer this body from all aspects. May the supreme Bodhisattva completely accept me, with faith, I become your servant. All beings suffering from the fever of sudden afflictions

为了调伏（烦恼）。于宣说甘露正法的法友们，我劝请殊胜的怙主。对于彻底摧毁极度不善等，甘露从生老病死中，想要舍弃寂灭者，我祈请殊胜的怙主。身语意所造的福德，无论是已做、将做或随喜，愿以此令世间一切皆知。无论何处出现佛陀于世间，具缘菩萨发起菩提心，如彼于菩提发起心一般，今日亦如是发起心。守护戒律的学处，积累善法，利益有情的三种戒律，如是坚定地受持。如十方诸佛，于往昔无量之善逝，发心立誓无量，直至成佛亦不舍弃一般，我从今日直至菩提，纵舍身命亦无所顾，如眼般守护此学处而安住。祈请智慧心垂念。恒常依止并修持，清净五智所化现的五者。五部佛的行仪，纵为生命亦不舍弃。身语意的金刚，恒常受持不二之行仪。守护诸佛垂念并宣说的四种誓言。如持明者不违越十一根本堕等，从今乃至无上菩提，我将如法守护。日夜三次念诵，每月十五和二十五，尽力供养，不贪著下劣乘，亦不舍弃轮回，不单独前往寂灭。以恭敬心承侍供养一切勇士瑜伽母。我对于一切有情，不作轻蔑之事。手印、童子、兵器和，不跨越标志。如是依靠誓言，领受第五灌顶：上师等众会福田，以大喜悦之心，面露笑容，说道：种姓之子，你安住于此甚为贤善，以此安住，将成就殊胜之悉地。

In order to subdue (afflictions). To the Dharma friends who expound the nectar of the true Dharma, I urge the supreme protector. For those who completely destroy extreme negativity, etc., and who wish to abandon nirvana from birth, old age, sickness, and death, I pray to the supreme protector. The merit created by body, speech, and mind, whether it has been done, will be done, or is rejoiced in, may all beings in the world know this. Wherever Buddhas appear in the world, and fortunate Bodhisattvas generate the mind of enlightenment, just as they generate the mind of enlightenment, so too do I generate the mind today. The training in guarding the precepts, accumulating virtuous Dharma, and the three precepts of benefiting sentient beings, thus I firmly uphold. Just as the Buddhas of the ten directions, towards the countless Sugatas of the past, generated immeasurable vows and commitments, and did not abandon them until Buddhahood, so too from today until enlightenment, I will not care even for my life, and will abide by guarding this training like my eyes. Please, wisdom mind, consider this. Always rely on and practice the five that are transformed into the pure five wisdoms. The conduct of the five Buddha families, I will not abandon even for my life. The vajra of body, speech, and mind, I will always uphold the non-dual conduct. I will guard the four vows that the Buddhas contemplate and proclaim. Just as the holders of knowledge mantras do not transgress the eleven root downfalls, etc., from now until unsurpassed enlightenment, I will guard them as taught. Recite three times day and night, and on the fifteenth and twenty-fifth of each month, make offerings to the best of my ability, do not crave the inferior vehicle, nor abandon samsara, nor go alone to nirvana. Serve and honor all heroes and yoginis with respect. I will not do anything contemptuous towards all sentient beings. Hand seals, youths, weapons, and, do not step over signs. Thus, relying on the vows, receiving the fifth empowerment: The assembly field of merit of the Lama, etc., with great joy in their hearts, with smiling faces, say: Son of the lineage, it is very good that you abide here, by abiding in this way, you will accomplish the supreme siddhi.
