Vam Ho! Attract, control, and subdue. O yoga shuddha sarva dharma yoga shuddho nyaham. Recite this and perform the embracing mudra. Visualize a white vajra with a tube of light emanating from the tongue's Hum, marked with Hum. Om Arali Ho! Dza Hum Vam Ho! Samaya Su Drishya Ho! Vajra Dakini Kha Kha Khahe Khahi! Imam Baling Bhunjatha Pibatha! Mama Karma Sadhaya! Om Ah Hum Pho Pho Svaha! Recite this seven times, etc. Offer outer offerings with Om Vajra Arghyam, etc., and inner offerings with Om Ah Hum. Praise with the Eight-Branched Praise. Make aspirations for desired accomplishments with "May the three realms blaze," etc. Offer worldly torma with the ritual of the common ganachakra of the dakinis. Ask for forgiveness with the Hundred Syllable Mantra. The vajra kīla dispels worldly beings. With O yoga shuddha, etc., contemplate the wheel of wisdom dissolving into your own body. Dedicate merit, make aspirations, and speak auspicious words. Furthermore, bless food as nectar and enjoy it in the manner of inner fire offering through left-handed conduct. When sleeping, visualize yourself as the main deity, the father and mother, with the consort dissolving into the father. Then, gather it from the Hum at the heart upwards to the brow, hold the mind, and finally, contemplate that even the nada is imperceptible, resting in the state of clear light, non-conceptual awareness. In the yoga of rising at dawn, rise. If meditation is helpful, do it physically, otherwise, contemplate it in your mind, bathe as during empowerment, and enter the stages of yoga. If doing retreat, keep the boundaries strictly. Meditate on the generation stage as described, in four or three sessions, etc. At the beginning of recitation, bless the mala and recite Sumba about seven times. Then, after reciting the root mantra, heart mantra, near heart mantra, and retinue mantra once each, first count only the heart mantra. At the end of the session, also recite Sumba about seven times and recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times before entering the stages of absorption, etc. In terms of quantity, recite the heart mantra and near heart mantra four hundred thousand times each, and the retinue mantra forty thousand times, or just recite the heart mantra four hundred thousand times and recite the others as appropriate, which will also make the activity feasible. Thus, the recitation of the generation stage has been taught in a very concise manner. If I say a little more about the remaining meaning, the basis is Vajradhara with four faces and four arms.

It is clear from one's own actual teachings. There is no contradiction in making the color of the consort's body white. However, in Gnyan's commentary, "Pearl Garland," and in the texts and commentaries of Sachen, it is said to be red. It is also considered red by the guru's oral instructions to symbolize the purity of the sun, the mutual increase of skillful means and wisdom, and the destruction of attachment to existence. Although there are cases where the lord of the family is Akshobhya for the father and Vairochana for the mother, according to the teachings of Sachen, here, Akshobhya is used during the initial union, and during the stage of the supreme mandala lord, the position is transformed into Vajrasattva, the lord of all families, based on contact with the stream of empowerment. During the body mandala, the principal deities, father and mother, in the sky are raised upwards. The father dissolves into the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) at the heart, and the mother dissolves into the Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ) at the navel, transforming into their respective forms. Meditating that they reside in union in the center of the heart is the essence of the oral instruction. Generally, there is no contradiction in placing the boundaries of the eight mother goddesses on the eight petals of the heart's outer circle, and placing them in the directions, etc. However, here, according to the intention of Sachen's "Gradual Path to Awakening," it is said that it is best to place them on the eight external orifices connected to the eight petals of the heart. Second, a brief explanation of the oral instructions for the generation stage. Generally, the visualization of arising and recitation, etc., mentioned above, are merely faith-based meditations. However, they precede entering into the visualization of actualization and have special necessities such as pacifying obstacles and completing accumulations, so one should study them as much as possible. Here, if we briefly explain the method of actualization meditation, there are three points: the method of studying deity yoga, the degree of familiarity, and the time of stability. In the first point, there are: studying the form, studying the order, and studying the session intervals. First, studying the form is: taking a beautiful thangka and making it bright with a mirror, etc. Sit on a comfortable cushion facing the thangka. As mentioned earlier, meditate in the manner of arising stage visualization between pure recollections, and rest a little. Then, without distraction, focus your eyes on the thangka for two or three minutes. Then, try to make the image of the thangka appear in your mind, a little.
