“The forms of the three realms are all complete.” Thus it is said. From the initial union to the ultimate of the supreme activity, it is called great accomplishment because it accomplishes the great benefit of others. Because it is introduced into the mandala of mantras under accomplishment, the fourth is the writing of letters. Thus it is said. What are the six limbs? Again, in that same tantra it says, "Individual gathering and meditation, mindfulness and all samadhis, are called the six limbs of union." Thus it is said. These are also explained in that same tantra: "The ten faculties, etc., up to, it is considered samadhi." Thus it is said. These explain the complete solitude of the body, the complete solitude of speech, the complete solitude of mind, the conventional truth, union, and the spontaneously accomplished path. Thus, and so on, explaining the meaning in detail. Among them, in the context of speech solitude, it is called life because it is for survival. It is also said that it expands and contracts day and night in a spontaneously accomplished manner, so it is called diligence. Therefore, one should observe and meditate on such vajra recitation, that is its meaning. Among them, the upward-moving wind resides in the fire mandala of the nature of the hidden white-clad mother, and runs from the right nostril of the mundane, is the nature of the Tathagata Amitabha, the essence of red light. The winds of activity spread in the sense gates, and experience food and so on with the tongue consciousness. Residing with fire, in the navel, residing in the wind mandala of the nature of Tara, running from the left nostril, is the nature of Amoghasiddhi, the essence of black light. The activity is to digest food and so on at the same time. The downward-eliminating one resides in the earth mandala of the nature of the secret eye mother, and runs from both nostrils, is the nature of Ratnasambhava, the essence of yellow light. It performs the activity of eliminating wind, excrement, and so on downwards. Life resides in the heart, with the nature of Mamaki, residing in the water mandala, slowly moving, is the nature of Akshobhya, the white light of
