Or three and a half months? If recited for six months, signs of attaining the accomplishment of Mahamudra will appear. These are those signs: the body becomes subtle, the touch becomes light, the ability to pervade everywhere, complete attainment, complete manifestation, stability, the ability to be independent, and the ability to transform at will. And so on. The Vajra disciple requested: If a practitioner, even having realized the truth, is distracted by fields, work, trade, and service, etc., due to the power of past habits, and does not practice the three conducts, or if other practitioners are unable to complete the rituals spoken of in the tantras due to lack of resources, will those who do not practice go to another existence even at the time of death? Or will they attain the state of Vajradhara? And so on. Therefore, if one does not practice the conduct as described above due to incomplete conditions for realizing suchness, but if one completely abandons the evil views of permanence, annihilation, death transference, etc., then death is the ultimate truth, and birth is the conventional truth. Having correctly realized this, entering the clear light in the bardo, abandoning the ordinary aggregates, and rising through the stages blessed by the guru, generating a firm mind, and abiding by remembering it, then in other lives, that remembrance will not be abandoned, and therefore one will become omniscient. Therefore, with whatever thought people's minds are rightly joined, it changes its nature, like various jewels. Thus it is said. Therefore, all of this is completely transformed by completely transforming the particular, and therefore the fruit of the particular will arise. Here it is said: If birth is said to be the conventional truth, the name of death is also the ultimate truth. By the grace of the guru, obtaining these two stages, this is the future Buddha. The union of these two truths is such that they are indistinguishable, like the inexpressible. If one knows that these two names are ultimately one, then he is bound and liberated here. And so on. Here it is said:

Ben Sum (From the vine moistened with nectar, may the branches of conventional illusion flourish, and the flower of ultimate luminosity blaze beautifully! May the union of the three conducts become the fruit! Thus it was said. In the master's work, "The Thorough Cleansing of the Mind's Obscurations": By fierce actions, beings are bound in whatever way, if with skillful means, by that very means, they will be liberated from the bonds of existence. For the sake of purifying the mind alone, the fruit will also be purified. These very extensive teachings are clearly shown in the Great Vehicle. The Buddha taught that phenomena and individuals are inseparable, being merely wisdom. Thus, it arises in this way, and is also very much in accordance with reason. In order to dispel the strong attachment of those possessed by the demon of grasping at reality, it is also clearly stated in the scriptures that the Victorious One is the nature of great compassion. Mind precedes all phenomena, mind is the chief, mind is swift; the effort of two minds is either speaking or doing. And, with a good intention, placing two shoes on the head of the Sage, and by another removing them, both will attain kingship. Therefore, at the root of intention, merit and demerit both abide. Because it is said thus in the scriptures, there is no fault in a virtuous mind. By the nature of uniting oneself with the deity, striving to benefit beings, even the objects of desire and enjoyment of a yogi, will become liberation, and need not become necessary. Also, children are attached to form, those of middling capacity become detached, if the nature of form and so on is known, then the supreme wise ones will be liberated. Having contemplated all vows well, with the ritual of offering to the deity, view it as good without doubt, and enjoy it being urged on by mantra. By the combination of three letters, practice and its realization are thus kindled, with the tips of the ring finger and thumb, thus satisfying the Tathagatas and others. For children this is true, for yogis it is false, those who enjoy only for this moment, have neither bondage nor liberation. Samsara and Nirvana, the mind that has not seen that, no Samsara no Nirvana, the mind of those who have seen that, various.
