The collection of views also arises from that. The Truth of the Path, although conditioned, is not tainted, because it is the means of abandoning what should be abandoned. As it is said: All conditioned things other than the Path are tainted, because from them, afflictions always increase. Furthermore, space that is without obstruction, and when afflictions are examined and separated by their respective antidotes, they do not arise again, which is known as cessation through discrimination. When entering into the meditative absorption of cessation, the nature of non-arising naturally separates, and that which is considered non-cessation through discrimination is the third, and these three are considered untainted. Moreover, the Vaibhashikas also assert that all knowable things are contained within five aggregates. As the Treasury states: Form is the five faculties and the five objects, and non-revealing matter itself. That is, the five faculties such as the eye, and their objects, the five objects such as form, making ten in total, and non-revealing form, making eleven, the basis of the appearance of form is considered the form of the result. The elements are the earth element, the water element, the fire element, and the wind element, these four are the basis of composition, divided into the form of the cause, so they become fifteen. Among them, revealing form is the external four elements, and the particles of color, smell, taste, and touch, making eight, internally there are the eight faculties of the body, and their particles, making nine, and the particles of each of the faculties such as the eye, making ten. If non-revealing form is classified, as before: Non-revealing is said to be of three kinds, vows, non-vows, and others. That is, the continuous arising of virtue is vows, the continuous arising of non-virtue is non-vows, and both are promised but in reality, there is negligence, which is the intermediate non-revealing form. The six consciousnesses of eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind, are the unspecified state of the arising of the four aggregates, in which the relationship between the support and the supported, and the object, gives rise to the twelve sources. These are mainly called the basis of mind. On top of the forty-nine compositional aggregates, adding the two of feeling and perception, making fifty-one, which is the basis of the accompanying mental factors. As it is said: Feeling, perception, mind, and intention, touch, intelligence, and memory.

Desire, intention, and faith, as well as the totality of meditative concentration. Thus are the ten grounds of mind. Faith and diligence are cultivated with great effort, equanimity, a sense of shame, and a sense of propriety, diligence always arises in virtue. Thus are the ten grounds of virtue. Ignorance, carelessness, laziness, disbelief, torpor, and agitation, constantly arise in those with afflictions. Thus are the six grounds of affliction. For the non-virtuous, there is no shame, nor is there any sense of propriety. Thus are the two grounds of non-virtue. Anger, holding grudges, deceit, jealousy, resentment, stinginess, pretense, arrogance, and harming others, are the grounds of minor afflictions. Thus are the ten grounds of minor afflictions, totaling thirty-eight. Furthermore, Dhyeyasri says: "Investigation, analysis, regret, sleep, anger, attachment, pride, and doubt, these eight are said to be indeterminate." Thus, these forty-six indeterminate factors are accepted by the followers of the Treasury of Knowledge. Others add to this the five: non-ignorance, non-mindfulness, distraction, and forgetfulness. However, this is merely a difference in classification. Attainment and non-attainment, equality, non-perception, non-perception, and cessation, the two absorptions, life force, and the four characteristics: birth, aging, sickness, and death. Name, sentence, and letter, fourteen in all. These are the four non-associated formations. The previously mentioned desire for the uncontaminated, space, and the three others, are the basis of the unconditioned, totaling five. They also believe that each of these is substantially existent, and that there is a part that is truly established. They believe that coarse, permanent objects are unreal, and that consciousness arises because objects and sense faculties are truly established. They believe that forms and so on are directly seen by the eye. These are the followers of the Great Commentary of the Vaibhashikas. Within this, there are also some differences in good and bad. In this way, in order to gradually straighten out the non-Buddhists who hold to the view of the aggregates, they show that objects and sense faculties are truly established. This is a very coarse system of tenets. The Kashmir Vaibhashikas and others believe that conditioned phenomena are momentary and impermanent, and that the self of a person is merely imputed and not substantially existent. Therefore, they believe that the latter is better than the former. Furthermore, the truth of this tenet
