Regarding the four empowerments, it is translated as "having the deity body mandala." Having obtained the transmission of words and terms, it speaks of the five mudras of the four empowerments, such as pressing the crown. Having obtained the common empowerment, one obtains the representations of body and speech of the root and branches; having obtained the uncommon empowerment, one obtains the representations of letters, thereby becoming free from attachment. The wind yoga tummo and the four chakras are without attachment, and mantras are recited as blessings appear like sunlight on a new rosary. Recite the mantra that is constantly recited, and also recite the blessing mantras of mind, speech, body, and tongue. Usually, it is condensed into only eight faces, and pride is generated towards the main deity, the father and mother. If torma offerings are not made, then vajra songs, auspicious prayers, rebirth places, blessings of body, speech, and mind, dedication prayers, and auspiciousness are performed. The classification of the nine yogas is as explained in the commentary. The profound path of the outer, by Muchen, Konchog Lhundrup, the Fifth Dagchen, and Sakya Kunga Tashi Gyaltsen. This is generally the secret of the three profound paths of outer, inner, and secret, but because there is no body mandala, it is named the outer. In teaching, the words of Dagchen are preserved, such as how to visualize the palace, how to visualize the refuge field, how to offer nectar, and how to receive empowerment. The outer Bir Surung, by Phagpa, Ngorchen, Tsul O, Panchen, and Kunga Tashi. Naro Khachod, by Konchog Lhundrup, Tsharchen, Kunga Tashi, and the uncommon Gnasarwa. The profound path of the inner, by Rachen, Nagarjuna, Ameshab, the Fifth, and Kunga Tashi. The inner Bir Surung, by Ngorchen and Kunga Tashi. Homage! Jamyang Ameshab said: Thus, summarizing all the practices of the three appearances and three continuums, the three appearances and three continuums can be summarized into two. Establish the basis with the path of the three appearances, and understand through the practice of the three continuums. If you want to practice on the same seat, then it should be like this: Gather all knowable dharmas into the yogi's own mind. From the state of mind free from elaboration, clearly visualize the generation stage and completion stage meditation. When the warmth of meditation arises, through the proximate cause of increasing experience, combine the paths and grounds, and progress well on the path and grounds, and ultimately the supreme state will be attained. Thus it is said. Homage! If according to the uncommon refuge field of the yogini, then it is the Hero Vajra.

It is said that he has begun to meditate. Visualize the mantras of the body mandala: a green Ya (藏文:ཡ) on the left, a red Ra (藏文:ར) in the back, a yellow La (藏文:ལ) on the right, and a white Va (藏文:ཝ) in the front. This is excellent because it corresponds to the seeds and colors of the four elements. The armor mantra is like erecting a lamp post on the moon, which is excellent because the deity mantras have the same basis. When visualizing the deity, think that there is no other way to visualize it. The way of guiding through tantras and instructions, or the path, is generally similar, but there are slight differences due to the emphasis on explanation and practice. For example, "knowing all the stages of mantras" mainly emphasizes explanation. In terms of practice, guidance is given through the three tantras because they contain all the paths to enlightenment. It is like not needing to meditate on the stages of the path of the lower tantras. The generation stage of the Early Translation School is mostly practiced as self and front being inseparable. That is, starting from the actual three samadhis, all substances, the basis of practice, and the result of practice are visualized as inseparable from self and front, or as being contained within a single commitment mandala. In this way, in order to purify death and make the Dharmakaya the path, in order to generate the clear light primordial wisdom of the completion stage, from many sutras, all phenomena are placed in the naturally pure emptiness, free from elaboration, self-arisen wisdom, and the unconditioned reality. This is the samadhi of suchness. In order to purify the bardo and make the Sambhogakaya the path, in order to awaken from emptiness into the union mandala during the completion stage, great compassion naturally arises. For all sentient beings who have not realized this, visualize illusion-like compassion pervading the sky. This is the samadhi of all appearances. In order to purify the mind's nada of the gandharva tending towards rebirth, and to make the Nirmanakaya appearance the path, in order for the union mandala to appear from clear light through the attraction of compassion in the completion stage, visualize the awareness of emptiness and compassion as the form of letters. This is the samadhi of the cause. From this, purify all habitual tendencies and make the pure land at the time of Buddhahood the path. In order to accomplish the essence of the chakras and elements in the completion stage, visualize the palace with the five elements stacked in order from the cause samadhi, when abiding in the place of rebirth.
