When one consciousness ceases, the other forms, etc., as well as sounds, smells, tastes, and tactile sensations, all disappear. And the five consciousnesses that arise from these cannot be produced again, because they have no power to focus on objects that have ceased. Furthermore, what is the measure of the aggregates of Dharma? Some say it is the measure of the treatise "Abhidharma," which is six thousand verses. Others think it refers to one of the topics such as the aggregates. But in reality, the behaviors of sentient beings, such as greed, hatred, ignorance, pride, etc., are eighty thousand kinds. To counteract these, the Bhagavan proclaimed aggregates of Dharma equal in number to these. What is meant by "that which can be indicated" is: from here, from such and such a place, etc. What is meant by "obstacle" is: in their respective objects, the obstacle that hinders the arising of others, which is the obstacle of obscuration. Those with objects such as the eye, the obstacle that arises from forms, etc., is the obstacle of the object. The obstacles that arise from mental factors, for their respective objects, are three in total. Thus it is said. Moreover, among the twenty-one faculties, the five faculties of the eye, etc., have power over each other and over all their respective objects. Similarly, the faculty of mind has special power to focus on all objects. In order to have power over the distinction between male and female, only the body faculty. In order to abide in the same category, the life faculty has power. Because of feeling, all afflictions arise, because of faith, etc., they are completely purified, and in order to attain higher and higher states such as Nirvana, the three faculties of the unknown to be known, etc., have power. Among these, with the faculty of the unknown to be known, one has power to attain the power of the unknown to be known. With the known faculty, one has power to attain the one who is known. With the faculty of the one who is known, one has power to be completely liberated from suffering. In the sutras, it is said that freedom is the supreme free one, and because it exercises freedom, it is called a faculty. Furthermore, the path of seeing refers to entering the state of the unknown to be known. The path of meditation is not the unknown to be known that was not previously seen, but in order to eliminate the remaining subtle afflictions, it makes it known. The path of no more learning refers to: the state of realizing "all is known," that is, all is known. Because it exists in this, or because it is the state of guarding all that is known, it is called all known.

It is endowed with. Because of obtaining the wisdom of cessation and non-arising, one thinks that my suffering cannot be fully known. Such a faculty is the faculty of possessing omniscience. Thus it is said. Non-perception is the result of meditating on the absorption of non-perception, which is within the category of the fourth dhyana of the form realm. The absorption of non-perception is its cause, because one desires to emerge from this, that is, one who desires liberation enters into that absorption. Although it is virtuous, it is only experienced after birth, and not experienced in the present life or other times. Moreover, it is not attained by ordinary beings but only by the noble ones. The absorption of cessation is entered into for the sake of abiding in peace, not for the sake of liberation. Because this rebirths in the peak of existence, generally, only the realms of neither perception nor non-perception, and the individuals are only included by the noble ones. The Teacher also taught the four truths. If two truths are also taught, what are the characteristics of the two? If one breaks down a part of something, the cognition of it no longer occurs, then that exists conventionally, like a vase. If it is broken into shards, the cognition of a vase no longer occurs. If the mind eliminates other phenomena, the cognition of it no longer occurs, that also exists conventionally, like water; if the mind eliminates phenomena such as form, the cognition of water no longer occurs. Only those are named conventional, so by the power of convention, vases and water exist. When saying that, it is only speaking the truth, not falsehood, so that is the conventional truth. The ultimate truth is different, whatever is broken down, the cognition
