Confessing individually, what should be confessed, and the transgressions that should be restrained are called transgressions. Among them, this transgression leads to defeat through practice, hence it is called defeat. If this transgression arises, then using the leftovers of bedding and food, etc., after the elder, middle, and younger Sangha members, it is called Sangha residue. Among all the transgressions that should be confessed, this one is the coarsest, hence it is called a grave transgression. Because it is numerous and possesses its own nature, it is a variety of things that should be abandoned, hence it abides by striving to abandon, hence it is a transgression. Because it must be confessed, it is something that should be confessed individually, or because it is appropriate to be confessed individually, it is something that should be confessed individually. Because it is a transgression that can be repaired through confession, it is a transgression that should be confessed. Because one vows not to do so again, and truly restrains, it is a restoration, hence it is something that should be restrained. These are the seven collections of transgressions. It is said. In the ascetic forest dwelling, with gain and respect, through the door of friendship, the enemy comes. Like the lotus with moonlight, it perfectly destroys, and asceticism loosens. It is said. The cause of discipline is said to be the restraint of the senses. With this perfection, one will possess immaculate discipline. Therefore, with the nature of hearing, observe and fix the target, protect your own senses from wandering into objects. It is better to have your eyes gouged out with a red-hot iron hook than to look with attachment and hatred, which creates the karma of your own evil destinies. It is better to have your ears filled with molten iron than to listen to sounds that increase carelessness, desire, and pride, and superior sounds like the songs of hunters, listening to sounds that are not beneficial to oneself. It is better to have your nose shaved with a sharp razor, and to endure a clean disease, than to increase the enemy that increases one's own suffering, the enemy of attachment to smells. It is better to have your tongue cut off with a sharp weapon of burning flame than to crave flavors, which is the path that increases the suffering of birth, do not do that. It is better for a wise person to have their own body cut and destroyed by a sharp axe than to be tormented by various kinds of pride and craving, and to fall into hell for a long time.

Should not arise. Therefore, one should guard the vows against acting as one pleases. And sins that generate endless suffering, etc. There is also no guarding of the remaining senses. Therefore, the wise should guard it. The wise should rely on the unattractive to counter the faults of desire. With love and compassion, one should become accustomed to counter the faults of hatred. With the thought of impermanence and mindfulness of death, one should counter the faults of ignorance. With mindfulness and caution, one should guard against the faults of ignorance. Thus it is said. If one can properly guard the precepts, then the fire of regret will be extinguished. With the cause of joy and great respect arising, one can generate virtuous deeds of body and speech. The only path to enter the city of liberation, is the path of accomplishment for humans and gods, there is no other. With the cause of fame, renown, and happiness arising, one will not be shaken by harm and slander. One will not abandon the guru, disciple, and virtuous friend, becoming a gate of happiness that is not despised. It can lead to being similar to the holy ones, becoming a ritual for the increase of merit. If one possesses these, the qualities of the wise, will become a vessel for the great ones. What are the faults of broken precepts? One should completely abandon those sins. One will be praised by the holy Dharma, and will also understand the joy of merit. Possessing the ability to discern differences, one himself will be worthy of praise with virtues. Having the same destiny as the holy ones, one's own merits are vast and small, one will not be stained by the faults of broken precepts, nor will one obtain the suffering arising from it. If the lord of men, the lord of the thirty-three, wants to obtain, even until the end of samsara. With pure precepts, one will obtain, the precepts are also the root of the accomplishment of wishes. Thus it is said. Also, the twelve qualities of practicing this are these: Dwelling in a solitary place, dwelling in a place of rag robes, begging for alms, eating in one sitting, constantly squatting, not eating after wiping the food, holding three Dharma robes, wearing a woolen garment, sitting wherever one is, dwelling in a cemetery, dwelling under a tree, dwelling without a covering. Thus it is said. Dwelling in a solitary place, one can obtain or completely guard the Samadhi of Manifest Joy. Those who dwell in cities, due to the faults of distraction, the mind
