The Sutra states: "Whatever abandons all afflictions, its meaning is generosity. Whatever has no manifest activity, that is discipline. Whatever is devoid of characteristics, that is patience. Whatever has no discrimination, that is diligence. Whatever does not abide at all, that is meditation. Whatever is without elaboration, that is wisdom. Thus, the nature of non-abiding and non-elaboration is the Perfection of Wisdom." Furthermore, the Seven Hundred Prajnaparamita Sutra also quotes many scriptural proofs, and finally says: "Bhagavan, when practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, there is no dharma that will increase or decrease even slightly. Bhagavan, that should be understood as practicing the Perfection of Wisdom." And, "Bhagavan, whatever does not abide in anything at all, that is practicing the Perfection of Wisdom." And, "Bhagavan, whatever abides in any dharma that slightly increases or decreases, that is not practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, because he neither abandons the dharma of ordinary beings nor truly takes up the dharma of the Buddhas." And, Lord Maitreya said: "Emptiness, in brief, Is Suchness and the Ultimate End, Signlessness and the Ultimate Truth, These are names for the Realm of Dharma." Furthermore, in order to make the five categories of generation and completion stages correspond to the clarity of wisdom, the outer generation stage, the inner profound generation stage, the completion stage, the fully accomplished stage, and the nature stage, these five stages are combined with the five stages, and it is explained that they are other names for brevity, Vajra recitation, self-blessing, manifest enlightenment, and union. Moreover, the method of summarizing them into four mudras is explained: The Great Mudra is the mind, The Samaya Mudra goes everywhere, The Dharma Mudra comes from speech, The Karma Mudra is the body. Also, Chandrakirti's "Lamp That Illuminates" states: In order to perfectly accomplish the secret Mantra body, The generation stage is the first step. Merely focusing on the mind, Is called the second step. Showing the conventional truth, Is the pleasing third step. Purifying the conventional truth, Is called the fourth step. Whatever is the union of the two truths, Is called union.

This is the fifth point. This is the supreme limb of practice, the essence of all tantras. Thus it is said. Mantra, mind, body, and complete purity and union, if you understand the meaning contained in these five stages, you can enter the six limits. Thus it is said. Arya Deva said: Mantra, mudra, self, dharma, and the suchness of the deity, that's how it is said. This treatise was translated by Samantabhadra and Naktsé. In the Extensive Commentary on the Ten Suchness by Pandit Sahajavajra, it says: Like this, because one has not realized one's own nature, and takes the inverted nature as an object, and because afflictions, karma, and births cause samsara to arise, various discriminations will appear separately. These who have not realized their own nature are called "adventitious stains." Thus it is said. Completely abandoning these adventitious stains is considered complete purification. Thus, Lord Maitreya said: Completely without afflictions is purity, that is with stains and without stains, like the water element, gold, and space, like purity, it is established as purity. If complete purity does not change, all sentient beings will be liberated. If afflictions do not change, effort will become meaningless. Thus it is said. Like this, everything to be practiced here and the name of the practitioner itself is merely conventional truth. Buddha and Vajradhara themselves should diligently practice on the conventional truth. In ultimate truth, its suchness is neither with afflictions nor completely pure. Thus it is said. Again, that sutra says: It is not affliction, nor non-affliction, its suchness is neither pure nor impure. Thus it is said. And so on. As it is said: From the Samadhiraja Sutra: Understand the distinctions of the sutras of definitive meaning, how the Sugata taught emptiness, again, know that all persons, sentient beings, and individuals, all dharmas are for the sake of guiding. They separately discriminate on the selfless dharma, if they meditate through separate discriminations, then he will obtain nirvana through cause, nothing will become the cause of peace for self and others. The nature of all dharmas is always emptiness, the prince meditates on afflictions in this way, everything will completely become emptiness, partial emptiness is for heretics.
