The chapter on pacification. Here, regarding the Sangha, with a mind that does not understand the remaining (precepts), without keeping it in mind, saying or doing or not doing what it is like, being unable to remember, and so on. It is explained through the four branches of concealment: the basis, intention, action, and ultimate conclusion. 12) Regarding the basis of conduct when residing in another place, the remaining remedies are the actual three: moving, rejoicing, and expelling. Through the actions of moving and rejoicing, one should not claim to be enlightened to those who abide in the nature of a Bhikshu, nor should one prostrate, nor should one rise first, nor should one join palms, nor should one take respectful actions as one's own. This is an explanation of the classification, summary, precepts, meanings, etc., of residing in another place. 13) Regarding the basis of complete purification, what is not declared is not the basis itself. And so on. In which place, by whom, with what kind of intention, with what object, at what time, with what ritual, for what purpose, how to accomplish it, are explained in nine aspects. 14) Regarding the basis of dividing actions, one should not speak displeasingly to those who abide in the differences of the Sangha, and one should not be perverse when speaking. And so on. Pacification is done through the four branches of the basis, intention, action, and ultimate conclusion. It explains the Dharma that pacifies division by abandoning the cause of division in the Sangha and relying on the two antidotes. 15) The division of the wheel is that the Sangha of the Sangha is requested with something different from the Dharma, or by causing them to accept the precepts through that matter. And so on. It explains the pacifier and the method of pacification through the basis, intention, action, ultimate conclusion, faults, extent, and where it exists in which continent. 16) Regarding the basis of disputes, there are four causes of conflict. And so on. It explains the pacifier through the three aspects of nature, cause, and classification, by pacifying with the Dharma of the pacifier and the pacified, and through the two aspects of self-nature pacification. 17) Regarding the basis of dwellings, one should prostrate to the excellent ordained one with the vows of individual liberation. And so on, it explains the way of prostrating and not prostrating. Incidentally, it explains the ritual of building a monastery, and the ritual of maintaining a monastery. And how to enjoy wealth and material possessions. That is to say, except for the absence of topics, all the contents of the four Vinaya sections are present completely and without error. Although it is similar to the intermediate chapters of the Vinaya, its order is slightly different. Summary.

Regarding the three lineages and the teaching traditions, the early period saw the Old Translation School taking the Root Sutra as its foundation. Later, Paṇchen Śākyaśrīpa taught the Root Sutra to Sakya Paṇḍita, as well as the Garland of Flowers Tantra of Khro-phu. Subsequently, Khenpo Zil Gnon Sengge established the oral tradition based on his commentary. Later, Kunmkhyen Rongpo, together with Paṇchen Nags Rin, revised the Chinese version, praising it in three ways and establishing it as a permanent tradition through detailed explanations. From then on, documents and other materials spread widely, but now it seems the lineage has declined. However, the Root Sutra, through the deeds of the Bodhisattvas, is still flourishing and developing today. Regarding the direct teachings of the Wheel of Dharma, such as the Six Collections of Reasoning of the Madhyamaka, which explain the stages of emptiness. All early Tibetans established the Svatantrika school, while Patsab Lotsawa pioneered the Prasangika school. The teaching tradition of the Sutra of Manifest Realization, which is the stages of hidden meaning and manifest realization, was spread by Ngok Lotsawa Chenpo after hearing it from Paṇḍita Bumphrak Sumpa and others. Regarding the final Wheel of Dharma, the Abhidharma Pitaka, the teaching tradition of the Abhidharmakośa of the Hinayana appeared during the early translation period, but was interrupted in the middle. Later, Paṇḍita Smṛti established this tradition in Kham through teaching and learning, and it flourished. In the Abhidharmakośa, there are eight chapters: the Chapter on Elements, the Chapter on Faculties, the Chapter on Worlds, the Chapter on Actions, the Chapter on Latent Afflictions, the Chapter on the Path, the Chapter on Wisdom, and the Chapter on Meditative Absorptions. The teaching tradition of the Mahayana Abhidharma did not flourish much. In particular, the Secret Mantra Vajrayana is divided into four: Kriya, Carya, Yoga, and Anuttarayoga, in accordance with the four types of desires. Among these, the teaching traditions of the first two did not flourish much in Tibet. Regarding the commentaries on the Yoga Tantras, they were transmitted by Skor Lo Chen Rinchen Zangpo and others, and were greatly developed by the scholar Buton Rinpoche. In Anuttarayoga, the Father Tantras include the Yamantaka cycle and Guhyasamaja, and the Mother Tantras include Chakrasamvara and Hevajra, among others. The profound stages of maturation and liberation of the Kalachakra, which is non-dual or has a teaching tradition different from other tantras, were translated and explained by many translators such as Mar, Dpyal, Drog, Shos, Mal, and Ra Lotsawas, and became very prosperous. In short, to summarize, the characteristic of the Buddha's word is, as stated in the Uttaratantra, whatever is meaningful
