།འཆི་བདག་ཕ་རོལ་གནོན་མཐོང་སྟེ། །རིག་འཛིན་གྲུབ་པ་ཇི་བཞིན་ནོ། །རིན་ཆེན་བརྟག་པའི་བསྟན་བཅོས་གང་། །རྟོག་ལ་མཁས་པས་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་། །ཚེ་ཡི་ནོར་བུ་འཆང་བའང་རུང་། །དེ་བཞིན་ནོར་བུ་སྣ་ཚོགས་འཆང་། །ཨིནྡྲ་ནཱི་ལ་རིན་ཆེན་སོགས། །ནོར་བུ་ཆེན་པོ་གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་། འཆང་བར་བྱེད་པས་འཆི་བདག་ཀུན། །ཟློག་པར་འགྱུར་བར་ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད། །ཅེས་སོགས་དང་། དབེན་པའི་གནས་སུ་རས་རིས་སོགས། །མདུན་དུ་མཆོད་པ་བྱས་ནས་ཀྱང་། །སྔགས་རྣམས་བཟླས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཀྱང་། །འཆི་བ་བསླུ་བ་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར། །ཅེས་མཚམས་སྦྱར་ནས། ཨ་རོ་ལི་ཀ་དང་། སྒྲོལ་དཀར། སྤྱན་མ། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་ཡི་གེ་བརྒྱ་པ། སོར་འབྲང་སོགས་དང་། གྲུབ་པའི་སྨན་ནི་གཞན་དག་ཀྱང་། །ངེས་པར་བསྟེན་པར་གྱུར་པ་ཡིས། །ཚེ་འཕེལ་ནད་དང་རྒས་པ་ཡིས། །ཟད་པའི་ འཆི་བ་མི་མཐོང་ངོ་། །ཅེས་སོགས་བཅུད་ལེན་གྱི་སྦྱོར་བ་སྟེ། རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དང་། སྔགས་དང་། སྨན་གྱི་བཅུད་ལེན་རྣམས་རིམ་པར་བཤད་ཅིང་། འབྲས་བུ་གསུམ་ནི་སྤྱིར་བསྡུས་པའམ། སོ་སོ་བྷིངྒ་རཱ་ཛར་བཅས། །རྣལ་འབྱོར་པ་ཡིས་རྟག་སྤྱད་ན། །ཕན་ཞིང་བདུད་རྩིར་འགྱུར་བ་ཡིས། གཉེར་མ་སྐྲ་དཀར་རྣམས་དང་བྲལ། །རྡོ་རྗེའི་ལུས་ཀྱི་གཟུགས་བཟང་ལྡན། །བསྐལ་པ་ཡི་ནི་གྲངས་སྙེད་དུ། །འཆི་བ་ངེས་པར་བཟློག་པ་ཡིན། །ཅེས་དང་། ནང་གི་འཆི་བསླུ་ལ། ཐོག་མར་སྲུང་བའི་སླད་བགེགས་དགྲའི་གསང་སྔགས་འབུམ་བཟླ་བ་དང་། དེ་ནས་རིགས་ལྔ། འཇིག་རྟེན་དབང་ཕྱུག །སྒྲོལ་དཀར། །ཡུམ་བཞི། འཆི་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེ་ལྷ་མོ། །སྤྱི་བོར་ཟླ་དཀྱིལ་བསྒོམ་པ། ལྕེ་ཆུང་གི་བདུད་རྩི་མྱང་བ་སོགས་དང་། འཇུག་པའི་རླུང་ནི་བགྲང་བྱ་ཞིང་། །རིམ་གྱིས་འབུམ་སོགས་གྲངས་ཀྱིས་ནི། །རྩེ་གཅིག་སེམས་ཀྱི་ཆོ་ག་བཞིན། །སྒྲ་མེད་པ་ཡི་བཟླས་པར་བཤད། །སྒྲ་མེད་བཟླས་པ་འབུམ་དུ་ནི། །ཆོ་ག་བཞིན་དུ་རྫོགས་གྱུར་ན། །མི་ནི་ཚེ་ཉམས་གྱུར་པ་ཡང་། །ལོ་ལྔའི་བར་དུ་འཚོ་བར་ངེས། །སོགས་དང་། ནང་པར་ལངས་ནས་སྟོང་ཕྲག་གཅིག །རྟག་ཏུ་ལེགས་པར་བསྒྲུངས་ན་ནི། །ནད་རྣམས་ཀུན་ལས་ངེས་གྲོལ་ཞིང་། །ཉི་ཟླ་གནས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་འཚོ། །ཞེས་དང་། ཡང་བུམ་ཅན་དང་། ནམ་མཁའི་བ་འཇོ་བ་སོགས་ གསུངས་མཐར། །མཁས་པས་དངོས་པོ་མི་བསམ་ཞིང་། །དངོས་པོ་མེད་པའང་མི་བསམ་མོ། །དངོས་དང་དངོས་མེད་རྣམ་པར་སྤངས། །སྒོམ་པ་དེ་ནི་བསྒོམ་དང་བྲལ། །རྣམ་པ་ཀུན་གྱི་མཆོག་ལྡན་པ། །སྟོང་ཉིད་འཛིན་པ་རྣམ་སྤངས་པའི། །སྟོང་པ

能见到战胜死主阎罗，如同持明成就者一般。任何珍宝鉴别论，精于思辨者即是金刚持。持有寿命之宝也行，同样持有各种珍宝，因陀罗尼蓝宝石等，以及其他大珍宝，由于持有，所有死主都能被遣除，毫无疑问。如是等等。在寂静之处，对着唐卡等，供养之后，仅仅念诵咒语，也能产生延缓死亡的效果。如是连接说明。阿柔梨迦，度母，眼母，以及如来百字明，索朗等，以及其他成就者的药物，如果确实依止，寿命增长，通过疾病和衰老，耗尽的死亡也不会见到。如是等等甘露的修法，依次讲述了珍宝，咒语和药物的甘露修法。三种果实通常是总集，或者各自与诃梨勒一起，瑜伽士如果经常服用，因为有益并变成甘露，就能远离皱纹和白发，具有金刚身的妙好形色，在如劫数般的漫长时间里，必定能遣除死亡。如是等等。关于内在的延缓死亡，首先为了守护，念诵十万遍遣除邪魔怨敌的秘密咒语，然后观想五部佛，世间自在，度母，四位佛母，无死金刚佛母，在头顶观想月轮，品尝小舌的甘露等等。进入之风计数，逐渐以十万等数量，如一心之仪轨，说是无声的念诵。无声念诵圆满十万遍，如仪轨般，即使是寿命耗尽之人，也必定能活到五年。等等。早上起来念诵一千遍，如果经常精进修持，必定能从一切疾病中解脱，能活到日月存在之时。如是等等。又说了宝瓶和降下虚空甘露等，最后说，智者不思有实之物，也不思无实之物，完全舍弃有实和无实，那样的禅修是远离禅修的。具备一切殊胜之相，完全舍弃执着空性之，空性。

Seeing the one who subdues the Lord of Death, just like a Vidyadhara who has attained accomplishment. Whatever treatise on the examination of jewels, the one skilled in contemplation is Vajradhara. Aro Lika, Tara, Chakshurmati, likewise the hundred-syllable mantra of the Tathagata, Sorang, etc., and other accomplished medicines as well. By definitely relying on them, life will increase, and by disease and old age, the exhaustion of death will not be seen. Thus and so on, the practice of essence extraction. The essence extractions of jewels, mantras, and medicines are explained in order. The three fruits are generally combined, or individually with Haritaki. If a yogi constantly uses them, because they are beneficial and become nectar, one will be separated from wrinkles and white hair, possessing the excellent form of a vajra body. For a number of eons, death will definitely be averted. Thus and so on. Regarding the internal deception of death, first, for the sake of protection, reciting a hundred thousand times the secret mantra to repel obstructing spirits and enemies, and then visualizing the Five Families, Lokeshvara, Tara, the Four Mothers, Immortal Vajra Goddess, visualizing a moon disc on the crown of the head, tasting the nectar of the small tongue, etc. The entering wind is counted, gradually with numbers such as a hundred thousand, according to the ritual of one-pointed mind, it is said to be silent recitation. When silent recitation is completed a hundred thousand times, according to the ritual, even if a person's lifespan is exhausted, they will definitely live for five years. And so on. Rising in the morning and reciting a thousand times, if one constantly cultivates diligently, one will definitely be liberated from all diseases, and will live until the sun and moon exist. Thus and so on. Again, the vase and the raining of nectar from the sky, etc., are spoken of. Finally, it is said that the wise do not think of things as real, nor do they think of things as unreal. Completely abandoning the real and the unreal, that meditation is free from meditation. Possessing all excellent aspects, completely abandoning the grasping of emptiness, emptiness.
