Homage to Marga-phala! Ground, Path, and Fruition. Homage to Nada-bindu-dhare! Through the channels and winds. Master Kukkuripa said: The yogi, in the navel of the emanation wheel, like the fruit of Bandhaka, in the center of the six-petaled lotus, contemplates the cessation of the six families of Akriti-sutri-praduka. In the central emptiness, the six syllables gradually dissolve into Ka, the mind-nature ceases, there is no birth. The obscurer and the obscured, the self-mind is stainless, there is no object of focus. It is said to subdue the tantras, not the ultimate meaning of yoga. This is the oral instruction of yoga meditation. Praba: Dripping. Tinika: Heretic. Dhaturasa: The essence of alchemy. Shasana: Subduing. Acintya: Inconceivable. Prakriti: Nature. From the Sequence of Unsurpassed Union by Master Bangaja: Emptiness and extreme emptiness, is the third great emptiness. The fourth is all cause and effect. Through the union of skillful means and wisdom, the completion stage is properly approached. Through approaching completion, all is the clear light of emptiness. Through the yoga of the three self-awarenesses, the three streams are completely purified. Thus it is said. Through the union of the first yoga, the eight bhumis can be attained. Through the completion endowed with the three clear lights, the completely perfect bhumi is attained. Thus it is said. Prasparanam: Spreading. Mukhagama: Oral instruction or transmission. In the language of India: The method of Atiyoga meditation is called. Homage to the noble Manjushri! In the eight charnel grounds are eight terrifiers. The fire of the end of time burns, incinerating the three realms. Smoke billows from the gate of Brahma. The ocean dries up and the lotus burns. In the center of the vajra essence, the one who dwells on the sun disc, proclaims the great light of space, Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). The beautiful mind-nature is flowing. Pulling the turtle, sound arises. Untying the knot of the rabbit-possessor. The warrior of experience, self-awareness triumphs. Contemplate the lord of co-emergent fear. That is the mandala of compassion radiating. That is the fire of the charnel ground. That is the flowing of speech and the moon. Birth, old age, death, and the three realms exist. Remembering self-awareness, seeing that

ī is non-dual and devoid of form. The magic of phenomena is false. Mind itself is not realized due to delusion. Ati Yoga has no conceptualization. How it is placed is not like that. The non-dual mind is neither permanent nor subject to annihilation. Therefore, in the center of the sun and moon, meditate on the subtle Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). This is called the oral instruction for practicing Ati Yoga, completed by the master Nāgabodhi. ༈ Ādvayanirika, the root of non-duality. Called the removal of obstacles to the conceptualization of yogis. Homage to the venerable guru and glorious Vajrasattva. Why is it so? That is, with what, where, and how does one meditate? Remove signs and qualities, obstacles, hindrances, and faults. Knowing these, one attains enlightenment through practice. Without hearing or practice, it is not accomplished, or it is delayed. First, why meditate? That is, the two, grasper and grasped. If the yogi does not abandon them, he does not meditate as it is. Even if one does not make prostrations, offerings, confessions, or donations, knowing these, one attains enlightenment through practice. Even if merit increases, wisdom will not be perfected. Second, with whom is one endowed with yoga? That is, one who is learned, diligent, abides by the vows of enlightenment, rejoices in offerings and donations, and possesses the mind of enlightenment. This is the secret vessel of the Great Vehicle, one should meditate. Third, where to meditate? That is, on one's own mind. Without altering it as it is, it is pure from the beginning, free from elaboration, and abandoning the extremes of existence and non-existence, permanence and annihilation. Abide constantly in this without distraction. Fourth, how to meditate? That is, the object of meditation and the meditator are non-dual, in one's own nature. In the midst of nothingness, appearing clearly, in the conceptualization of stillness, dullness, and elaboration, meditate without it. Fifth, its signs, for the diligent yogi. First, sleep and desire become smaller. Then gradually, dreams, light, etc., conceptualizations appear as illusory bodies. Sixth, its qualities are beyond thought and expression, manifest longevity, healing diseases, etc., removing hindrances, etc., many qualities arise. Thus, gradually enter the path of enlightenment. Seventh, obstacles and hindrances, for the yogi, if one abandons the dwelling place, seeks a dwelling place, or desires to go elsewhere, then there are yakshas and heretics who desire to go elsewhere, entering the yogic mind, throwing one to another dwelling place. If the yogi meditates and occupies the dwelling place, then during the period of silence, others enter within, and going out.
