Even without, in appearance, it seems as if one has newly attained the qualities of relinquishment and realization by the power of being free from all sudden defilements. Therefore, the five or twenty-five dharmas of the non-learning union fruit, the nature of inseparable spontaneous accomplishment, the embodiment of the four bodies and five wisdoms, one gains mastery over the state of glorious Samantabhadra. Thus, the benefit of constant, pervasive, and spontaneously accomplished activity is accomplished. As it is said in the "Collected Meanings": "The fruit itself is the complete Buddha. From body, speech, mind, and qualities, twenty-five are collected, infinite. Spontaneously perfect, all-knowing." Thus it is said. Furthermore, in the "Lamp Illuminating the Essential Points of Tantra, Scripture, and Oral Instructions," the general meaning of the empowerment of the Samgraha Sutra, it says: The intention of all the Tathagatas of the ten directions and three times resides in the nature of the union of one taste. The noble ones have well understood this in their hearts. The object to be realized by those who desire liberation is the characteristic of the union of space and wisdom. The root of the three mandalas is the mandala of the mind of enlightenment, in which all dharmas are primordially enlightened. As it is said in the "General Sutra of the Gathering of Intentions": "All natures are one there, primordially enlightened, great bliss. The essence of no birth and no death, the three mandalas of no action and no agent, primordially accomplished, spontaneously accomplished." Thus it is said. So, what are the three mandalas? All dharmas included in appearance, existence, samsara, and nirvana gather into the self-power of the mind. The mind itself is unborn, free from elaboration, which is the pure space of the mother Samantabhadri, the primordial as-it-is mandala. From this, "Whatever is the nature of all, that which is unmade, undefiled, unborn, unarisen, the suchness as it is, is seen in the primordial as-it-is mandala." Thus it is said. That same nature, without ceasing in all things, arises as self-appearance, impartial, and all-pervasive, is the mandala of Samantabhadra's self-born wisdom, the nature of spontaneous accomplishment. All beings become enlightened in that very nature, and in order to pervade all, it is seen in the mandala of spontaneous accomplishment. Thus it is said. These two, whose essence is inseparable, abide in union, which is the son of space and wisdom, bliss.

The great mandala of the root Bodhicitta, all are seen as the mandala of the root Bodhicitta. Therefore it is said. Thus it is. Furthermore, when explaining the general meaning of empowerment, with what is it explained? With the root tantra *Kundurikpa Do* (All-Gathering Wisdom Sutra), the explanatory tantra *Dopadu Pa* (Intent Gathering Sutra), as well as *Ngalo* (Wrathful Lightning), *Heruka Dup* (Gathering Heruka) and other sutra tantras, transmissions, commentaries, etc., and taking the oral instructions of six, three, and eighteen as the root, it is explained according to the practice of the lineage of gurus. How is it explained? There are three: in order to allow those with realization to enter, the history of the lineage is told, from here the fragments of the six tantras are told, as well as the deeds of the twelve teachers of Dewa Samé, generating faith; in order to understand the meaning of what is being taught, the nature of the four waters of empowerment, before and after, is determined; in order to generate joy in those to be tamed, the benefits of teaching and studying are explained, and the conclusion is made. The second has three: the difference between the two empowerments of the preliminary and subsequent stages is generally explained. Among them, the meaning of the subsequent empowerment is explained separately. The examination of the boundaries is done with the practice of that empowerment. First, the empowerment of the preliminary stage is when the teacher, the perfectly enlightened one, for the disciple who is the non-learning path of the vehicle of the root, or the ultimate path of the mantra self-tradition, for the holy being who is the representative of the king who possesses the five dharmas, etc., in the self-nature mandala that is accomplished from the self-manifestation of wisdom, performs the empowerment of the time of the fruit, the sign of obtaining the ultimate fruit position, which is widely known and manifested in all Buddha-fields. The five dharmas are: born from the lineage of all Buddhas, possessing the signs of excellent marks and characteristics, knowing the Dharma, possessing a retinue of disciples, and obtaining the ten freedoms. Also, in the empowerment of demonstration, in Tushita Heaven, the water of transmission is given to the holy White Umbrella, in Akanishta Heaven, the water of arising is given to the wisdom body of Meaning Accomplished, under the Bodhi tree of Shakyamuni Buddha, the water flow of fame, to the secret lord, in the palace of freedom and the land of giants, the secret water flow is bestowed. The subsequent empowerment has two, in the empowerment of the path, there is also desire and intention, as well as distinguishing the great lineages, that is, the accumulation of merit and the two of application, which are the cause of the water flow of the tantra, the path of seeing great
