名为《祈请第四世波切仁波切迅速转世之祈愿文·妙音成就一切义》之文。不变虚空金刚法界中，持明自在寿命成就圆满者，随所调伏幻化网之化身，唯一怙主上师祈请垂念我。怙主您自始证悟常恒之胜义，虽已超越生与灭之相，然为引导世俗所化众生故，于法界寂静大乐中入定。总为赡洲之教法与众生，特别是前译法之讲修衰败时，我等追随之弟子众等皆，痛苦哀嚎祈请于今垂念我。利他发心誓愿究竟圆满后，示现证悟菩提胜妙之果位，祈请奋起智慧大悲之力量，无谬化身幻化迅速而示现。 五种圆满殊胜之瑞相，如贤劫千灯之奇妙，以及解脱事业一切皆圆满，祈愿以天神世间充满而增广。祈请殊胜化身之影像清晰显现，达到安住闻思修之究竟处，以稀有三转法轮之事业，加持教法众生之利益增长广大。三宝根本海众之真实力，法性法相因果不虚之威力，如是祈愿迅速成就而，愿三界吉祥之光芒普及充满。如是，无与伦比之教法众生之怙佑者，第四世佐钦仁波切持金刚名号不变虚空者，于法界寂静大乐中示现涅槃之时，为令无谬化身之月光明 দ্রুত速显现，撰写此《祈请一切义成就之妙音》，乃前译教法之阐明者，上师大德之化身以吉祥之天物，以及第一珍宝之赠礼等赐予，以珍宝之鬘催请，我等顶戴于头顶而祈祷，由嘉察法王蒋扬钦哲旺波随心任运而著，祈愿如是成就，祈请上师、诸佛菩萨垂念加持。

In the unchanging, empty, vajra realm of dharma, Holder of the power of life, attainment, and perfect enjoyment, Emanation body, a net of magical displays that tames beings as needed, Sole refuge, Lama, I call upon you, please consider me with love. Protector, you have primordially attained the supreme permanence, Although you have transcended the marks of birth and death, For the sake of guiding the assembly of ordinary beings to be tamed, You remain in equipoise in the great peace of the dharma realm. In general, for the teachings and beings of Jambudvipa, and in particular, When the explanation and practice of the Early Translation Vehicle decline, All of us, the assembly of students who follow you, Call out in anguish, please consider us now. Having perfected the vow of altruistic intention, Manifesting the supreme state of enlightenment, Please shake the power of wisdom and compassion, And swiftly display the illusion of unerring emanation. With the fivefold perfection of auspicious signs, Like the wonders of the thousand lamps of the Fortunate Aeon, And with all aspects of liberation activity completely fulfilled, I pray that you fill and expand the world with gods and beings. May the image of the supreme emanation clearly arise, Reaching the ultimate limit of abiding in listening, contemplation, and meditation, Through the deeds of the wondrous three wheels, Bless the benefit and happiness of teachings and beings to increase greatly. By the power of truth of the ocean of the Three Jewels and Three Roots, By the infallible power of the nature of phenomena, phenomena, cause, and effect, Just as we have prayed, may it be swiftly accomplished, May the auspicious light pervade the three realms. Thus, this supplication for the swift appearance of the unerring emanation's moon-like face, at the time when the unparalleled protector of teachings and beings, the Fourth Dzogchen Rinpoche, the Vajra Holder named Changeless Sky, demonstrated the manner of dissolving his mind into the great peace of the dharma realm, entitled "Melodious Sound Accomplishing All Purposes," was written spontaneously by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, the Dharma Lord of Jabdräl, at the urging of the emanation of the great master and teacher who illuminates the Early Translation teachings, who bestowed auspicious divine substances and gifts of the first precious jewels, which I revered on my crown, may it be accomplished just as it is, may the lamas, buddhas, and bodhisattvas bless it.

Samantabhadra Vajradhara and Padmasambhava, the dancer who plays the supreme dance of accomplished vidyadharas, offering the wonder of compassionately caring for the teachings and beings, I pray to the chain of successive rebirths. The lineage of the victorious Padma, unparalleled in upholding the supreme vehicle teachings of the Kama and Terma, the assembly of fearless, victorious, and accomplished ones, may the Dharma wheel be turned firmly for hundreds of kalpas! Complete with the qualities of discipline, listening, contemplation, and meditation, proficient in explaining, debating, and composing the vast expanse of Sutra and Tantra, the light of wisdom, love, and power pervades the three realms, may the activities of the wise, virtuous, and excellent increase! The endless Dharma principles of various objects of knowledge are well reflected in the pure mirror of wisdom, seeing the conduct of guiding as many trainable beings as there are, I pray for unwavering stability until the end of samsara! The supreme essence of the profound and vast Dharma, the essence of the warmth and moisture of the definitive secret instructions, with the feast of the two accomplishments of practice and realization, for the benefit and happiness of the teachings and beings, I pray for stable abiding! With the light of compassion from the ocean of the Three Jewels, completely eliminating the darkness of decline for the teachings and beings, with the auspiciousness of inviting the perfect age as a guest, may the status of the teachings and beings rise to the top of existence! The power of the truth of the self-nature, primordial purity, and Dharma-nature, the strength of the unfailing Dharma-holder, interdependent auspiciousness, may the wishes be fulfilled as they are wished, may all be auspicious with the glory of all goodness! Thus, this prayer for the long life of the Fifth Dzogchen Rinpoche of Dokhampa, who embodies all the activities of the teachers of the Fortunate Aeon, was composed with the offering of a new name and the addition of two timely verses, as the clouds of blessings of the vajra truthful words of the accomplished master Namkha Tsewang Chokdrup descend.
