由钦哲旺波所著，善妙吉祥！嗡 索斯帝（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི།，梵文天城体：ओṃ स्वस्ति，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：嗡，吉祥）。由吉祥善妙百般所造之身，圆满寿命与智慧光芒之语，不变永恒圣妙之光明意，祈愿金刚身语意赐予吉祥！ 文殊等十方一切胜者之，身语意之金刚自性者，钦哲旺波遍主上师您，由衷祈请祈赐予加持。怙主您于无量劫中安住，我等直至证得菩提果之间，不离摄受内外诸障碍，愿自他二利成办祈加持。此乃具信根嘎与，绛巴彭措之请托，钦哲旺波自己所说，善哉！ 十方四时一切皈依处之，三身意功德事业之总集，诸部遍主莲花生大士与，无别具德上师我祈请。 闲暇圆满难得死亡无常悟，业果深信轮回生起出离心，菩提慈悲菩提心二生起，祈愿精通共同道次第。上师加持获得意义之传承，心性本然之实相现前证悟，无散无执修持至究竟，祈愿自他二利成办。此乃钦哲旺波所著，善哉！ 明空双运离戏之见解悟，无散无执禅修持为道用，三律仪之行持极清净，愿四灌之果位此生成就。此于甚深道上师供之顶礼末尾念诵则佳，钦哲旺波书。

Written by Khyentse Wangpo, may it be virtuous and auspicious! Om Swasti! May the Vajra Body, Speech, and Mind bestow auspiciousness, which are the body created by hundreds of auspicious virtues, the speech of abundant life and wisdom light, and the unchanging, eternal, sacred, and luminous mind. To Manjushri and all the victors of the ten directions, the very essence of the Vajra Body, Speech, and Mind, to Khyentse Wangpo, the all-pervading master, I pray from the depths of my heart, please grant your blessings! May you, protector, dwell for oceans of kalpas, and until I and others reach the heart of enlightenment, may you never abandon us, may you remove outer and inner obstacles, and may you grant your blessings so that both self and others may accomplish their aims. This was spoken by Khyentse Wangpo himself at the request of the faithful Kunga and Jampa Phuntsok. May it be virtuous! To the embodiment of the Body, Speech, Mind, qualities, and activities of all the refuges of the ten directions and four times, to Padmasambhava, the all-pervading lord of all families, and to the inseparable glorious lama, I pray. Realize the difficulty of finding leisure and endowment, and the uncertainty of death. With faith in karma and renunciation of samsara, generate bodhicitta and compassion. May you be blessed to master the common stages of the path. May you receive the blessings of the lama, and may the nature of your mind, the natural state, be revealed. May you perfect the practice of non-distraction and non-grasping, and may you be blessed to accomplish the benefit of yourself and others. This was composed by Khyentse Wangpo. May it be virtuous! Realize the view of clear emptiness, union, and freedom from elaboration. Take the meditation of non-distraction and non-grasping as the path. May the conduct of the three vows be completely pure. May the fruit of the four empowerments be accomplished in this life. Khyentse Wangpo wrote that it is good to recite this at the end of the prostrations of the profound path lama's offering. To Padmasambhava, the embodiment of the three roots, and to Jetsun Drolma, whose compassion is swift, to the glorious lama, inseparable and all-pervading lord, I pray from the depths of my heart, please grant your blessings! Remember the difficulty of finding leisure and endowment, and the uncertainty of death. With renunciation seeing the suffering of samsara, may you be able to properly adopt and abandon karma and its results, and may you be blessed to master the two bodhicittas. May longevity, merit, wealth, and prosperity increase! May I be born in the Pure Land of Sukhavati in the future, and quickly attain omniscience. Please grant your blessings! This was written at the request of Tsala Aphen, who is rich in faith and generosity, by Khyentse Wangpo, a subject who pleases the Lotus-Born Guru. May it be accomplished as it is, and may the Guru, the Victorious One, and his sons grant their blessings! The wisdom of all Buddhas, gathered into one, is the very essence of glorious Vajradhara. To the root guru, whose kindness is unparalleled, I pray from the depths of my heart, please grant your blessings! Seeing the realm of samsara as a pit of fire, may thoughts of self-interest and clinging to characteristics be completely pacified. May loving-kindness and compassion arise, and may bodhicitta be generated. May I realize the true meaning of reality, please grant your blessings! In all my lifetimes, may you, my protector, never be separated from me, and may the two benefits be spontaneously accomplished. May all beings who see, hear, remember, and touch be ripened and liberated, and may I attain the state of the four kayas, please grant your blessings! In all times and circumstances, May you hold us with unwavering great compassion. Bless us to generate renunciation from worldly existence. Bless us to perfect the aspiring and engaging bodhicitta, and to realize the view free from elaboration. Bless us to ripen our being through the four empowerments, to purify our samaya vows. Bless us to perceive samsara and nirvana as inseparable, to accomplish the clarity of the generation stage, and to generate the wisdom of the completion stage. Bless us to swiftly attain omniscience. May all obstacles to practice, and all adverse conditions, outer, inner, and secret, be pacified in all times and circumstances. May all favorable conditions be fully and perfectly gathered, and may you bestow the auspiciousness of accomplishing the benefit of both self and others. Thus, at the urging of the virtuous friend Jampa Tenzin, Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo spoke these words. May they be meaningful! Sarva da kalyanam bhava tu.
