May all of his teachings, like garments covering the ocean, and all the supreme sprouts of enlightened ones who illuminate the world, have a long life like Amitayus, and may their virtuous deeds pervade the three realms and be eternal. By the blessings of the lama, deities, and dakinis, may the feet of the upholders of the teachings be firm, may the teachings of exposition and practice flourish, may all inharmonious elements of the environment and beings be pacified, and may the auspiciousness of increasing benefit and happiness prevail. This was initiated from the depths of the heart of manifest faith by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, the renunciate Dharma Lord, or Karma Tenpai Nyima, the lion of exposition and practice of the Dharma himself. On the first day of the white side of the month of miracles in the Earth Dragon year of the fifteenth cycle (1928), after offering a mandala of interdependent origination, he made a special request. Later, at the request of those with faith and aspiration, such as Karma Monlam Önzer, it was propagated again in the form of a second letter. May the lama, the Buddha, and his retinue bless it to be accomplished as desired. A Rain of Ambrosial Blessings: A Supplication to the Second Buddha, Vajradhara Kunga Zangpo A Rain of Ambrosial Blessings: A Supplication to the Second Buddha, Vajradhara Kunga Zangpo. The glorious Vajradhara himself, merely appearing before beings to be tamed with the name and form of Kunga, with the endless qualities of a wise, virtuous, and excellent one, I supplicate the guide, the sun of the teachings. Uttering eloquent speech that delights all the wise, with the sweet melody of the ocean-like Tripitaka and Tantras, especially nourishing fortunate beings, I supplicate the all-pervading protector of the wheel. All-seeing knower of all that is to be known, master of speech with wisdom, delighting the gods, treasure of great compassion, with miraculous power, strength, and ability, inseparable from the Lord of Secrets, the excellent guide, I supplicate you. Immediately upon approaching with faith, bestowing freely all desires of benefit and happiness with the goodness of this world and beyond, I supplicate you, whose qualities are boundless. As praised by the vajra words of the Buddhas, with the wondrousness of the second omniscient one in the age of strife, illuminating the three realms with auspicious light, performing virtuous deeds, I supplicate you, whose activity is inconceivable. By the power of the blessings of supplicating in this way, from now until the essence of enlightenment

With the teachings that subdue through pacification, may it be illuminated day by day. Again, in the land of great Tibet, may the wheel of Dharma be turned. On the crown of the jewel of the four divisions and ten virtues, may the auspicious lotus feet be adorned. May the benefit and happiness of the teachings and beings increase. Especially, may the Sakya lineage, the masters of yoga, be exemplified by the oral transmission of the four measures. May the three types of beings be guided by the profound and vast sacred Dharma. May they be placed in the state of liberation. May all the omniscient masters of the complete teachings, the glorious Sakya Manjushri protectors, father and sons, etc., Be revered by all the scholars and accomplished ones of the snowy land, and may they partake of the nectar of speech. May the fragrance of steadfastness, wisdom, and discipline pervade all directions. May the two minds of altruism and bodhichitta arise from the depths. May ordinary delusion be completely manifested as deities and wisdom, becoming masters of accomplishment. In the lineage of the great compassionate protector, the Excellent One, without relying on others, having understood, may the four faiths be obtained. With the pure appearance of the unbiased teachings, may flowers of praise be scattered. Having been taken care of by the supreme deities, although knowing all knowable things as they are and as many as they are, Because of emphasizing the manner of concealing qualities, their biographies are inconceivable. Again, for as long as the ocean of kalpas lasts, may the lotus feet dwell in the vajra realm. May the wheel of Dharma be turned constantly, and may this auspiciousness never decline. By the blessings of such prayers, may myself and others, from now until the essence of enlightenment, Be cared for by the direct guru, Vajradhara, and may we always be protected by the wisdom eye. By whose kindness, the perfections of definite goodness and higher realms, All complete at once, through the activities that please the Buddhas and their sons, May the two benefits of self and others be accomplished, please grant blessings. Thus, on the throne of the Dharma of the Omniscient Ewam school, the forty-sixth abbot who turns the wheel, Jampa Kunga Tenzin Tashi Drakpa Gyaltsen Palsangpo, the Vajradhara of TharTse, born into the family of the Brangti scholars, at the feet of the common biography, abandoning the extremes of exaggeration and slander, with the unadorned nature as the supreme ornament, this slightly praised verse is also written by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, the Maniwa, a low and incapable yogi, a dependent of that venerable one, a treasure of qualities.
