无缘莲花颅鬘与，无别遍主具德上师前，由衷祈请赐予加持。 见其身者平凡错觉止，闻其密语生起大乐智，仅忆念亦夺轮回寂灭怖， 祈请慈悯呼唤唯一怙主上师。 我与我等无依可怜众，沉溺痛苦轮回大海中， 怙主您外无余救护者，祈愿迅速成就此清净愿。 暂时疾病邪魔鬼怪之侵害等，祈愿平息修持正法诸违缘， 寿命福德财富证悟功德等，祈请增盛顺缘善妙之聚。 究竟生起厌离菩提心， 显现声响觉知三者现为本尊咒语法身， 从本净任运金刚密道中，祈请赐予获得殊胜成就之加持。 若未能于此生成就宗派义，死亡光明即是意义莲花生， 现前亲见不离修持故， 愿能于自性 法身界中解脱。 彼时若因二取错觉之他力， 生起中有之显现时， 祈愿具恩上师海生金刚与， 勇士空行众会迎请于前方， 如降乐音与鲜花雨般， 呼唤独子来至吉祥山， 从名预言于地上行持之刹土， 愿能引导至莲花光明城。 于彼处与持明空行众会等， 恒常受用殊胜乘法， 依于大密成熟解脱道之善巧， 愿能迅速获得四身之果位。 此外祈愿无偏教法兴盛且广大， 持教大德之莲足永固百劫， 藏地平息一切时之衰败， 愿能增盛全新圆满之喜宴。 总之从此处至菩提果间， 具德上师如意宝之足， 无离恒常安住于心间莲花中， 祈赐增盛轮回寂灭诸善妙之吉祥。 此乃三世知者邬金大师之加持力，于勇士与空行自性汇聚处，藏地之五顶山

To the inseparable, all-pervading, glorious Lama, inseparable from the Lotus Garland of No-Discernment, I pray from the depths of my heart, grant your blessings! Seeing his form cuts through ordinary deluded appearances. Hearing his secret words gives rise to the wisdom of great bliss. Even remembering him steals away the terrors of samsara and nirvana. I call out to the one father Lama, please consider me with love. I and beings like me, helpless and without protectors, are sinking in the ocean of suffering and samsara. There is no refuge other than you, Protector. Please quickly accomplish this pure aspiration. May all temporary harms from diseases, evil spirits, and elemental forces be pacified. May all obstacles to practicing the sacred Dharma be calmed. May life, merit, wealth, realization, qualities, and all favorable conditions and collections of goodness increase. May definitive renunciation and bodhichitta arise from the depths of my being. May the three—appearances, sounds, and awareness—arise as deities, mantras, and dharmakaya. Through the vajra secret path of primordial purity and spontaneous presence, may I be blessed to attain the supreme siddhi. If I do not accomplish the meaning of the teachings in this life, at the moment of death, may the clear light be the meaning of Padmasambhava. By directly seeing it and cultivating it without separation, may I be liberated into the expanse of the nature of dharmakaya. Then, if through the power of dualistic clinging and delusion, the appearances of the bardo of existence arise, may the kind Lama, Lotus-Born Vajra, and the assembly of heroes and dakinis come to greet me. Like a rain of music and flowers, may they call out, "Come here, only child, to the Mountain of Glory!" May they lead me to the pure land prophesied by name, the City of Lotus Light, a field of activity on earth. There, together with the assemblies of vidyadharas and dakinis, may I always engage in the supreme vehicle of Dharma. Relying on the skillful means of the path of ripening and liberation of the great secret, may I quickly attain the state of the four kayas. Furthermore, may the non-sectarian teachings flourish and spread. May the lotus feet of the supreme holders of the teachings remain firm for hundreds of kalpas. May all the degeneration of the times in Tibet be pacified, and may the joyous feast of a new golden age increase. In short, from this moment until the heart of enlightenment, may the feet of the glorious Lama, the wish-fulfilling jewel, remain inseparable in the lotus of my heart. Grant the auspiciousness of increasing all the goodness of samsara and nirvana. This is from the blessings of the all-knowing Great Orgyen, at the place where heroes and dakinis naturally gather, the Five-Peaked Mountain of Tibet.

At I Gug Drak Mar Zang Yak Namkha Dzong, on the tenth day of the white side of the month of miracles in the Iron Male Dog year (1970), when the Tsok offering was performed, Khenchen Wangpo, the retinue of the omniscient Lama who pleases the Vidyadhara, prayed that it may be accomplished as it is, please bless it!! A prayer made by Khyentse Wangpo, the retinue of the Lotus-born Lama who pleases, for the sake of those who are interested. Ah! Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of all directions and times, embodiment of body, speech, and mind, qualities and activities without exception, dispelling suffering by remembrance, to the glorious Lama, I prostrate with unwavering three doors. Please heed my prayer, kind Dharma Lord, bless the assembly of root and lineage Lamas, grant accomplishments, Lord of the Mandala Ocean, I remember from the heart, look with eyes of compassion. Leisure and opportunity are hard to find, death is uncertain, and the suffering of samsara, with the determination of renunciation from remembering, diligently striving in accordance with the acceptance and rejection of karma, may the two Bodhicitta arise, please bless. May the empowerment ripen the continuum, vows be completely pure, in the generation stage, may everything appear as the deity's form, in the profound completion stage, may the winds and mind dissolve into the central channel, may the great bliss wisdom be accomplished, please bless. Original purity, Trekchö, may the nature of reality be manifest, spontaneous Thögal, may awareness reach its limit, union with six special characteristics, the innate space, may the original stability be attained, please bless. Grasping and being grasped, the basis of the great Madhyamaka free from elaboration, self-arisen awareness, the path of Mahamudra, May the result of the indivisible luminosity of Dzogchen, the sphere of awareness, be manifested, please bless. Seeing the inconceivable nature of view, abiding in that very state, perfecting the great skill of meditation, simultaneously liberated at the moment of arising, having perfected the conduct, may samsara and nirvana be free from acceptance and rejection, please bless. While the essence remains unmoved from the sphere of the Dharmakaya, the wisdom of the Sambhogakaya, the self-nature of enjoyment, and the immeasurable manifestations of the compassionate Nirmanakaya, may the two benefits of self and others be accomplished, please bless. Furthermore, while temporarily engaging in Dharma-like conduct, may all obstacles, external, internal, and secret, be pacified, and may all favorable conditions be completely and perfectly gathered, may the auspicious phenomena increase, please bless.
