The Tathagata bestowed power over speech; possessing various poems, slowly flowing sound images; now in harmony with the faculties of the fortunate aeon; proclaiming with the sound of "Nama," I praise the Holy Saraswati. 3. Like the rising sun, with clear and beautiful rays; like an endless castle, extremely profound; like a supreme victorious palace with a roof; like a mother, steadfast, I praise the Holy Saraswati. 4. With lotus feet adorned with chakras, together with the gods; even when tormented by heat, healing like the moon; for those who wander on the edge of cliffs, constantly and intermittently; helping like Vala, I praise the Holy Saraswati. 5. Attached to hats and clothes, greedy; forgetting the good path other than eating, sleeping, and walking; illuminating the path to liberation for us; with boundless wonders, I praise the Holy Saraswati. 6. Like Rama, with extremely firm vows; the city of liberation that others cannot find even with effort; like a snow mountain, clear and beautiful fame; pervading the earth and sky, I praise the Holy Saraswati. 7. With great devotion, moistening the fortunate ones; like the sky and white lotuses blooming; together with Alala, praised by the Holy Ones; incomparable in benefiting others, I praise the Holy Saraswati. 8.
