it will become like that. Whoever is born wherever, they will be born miraculously in that place and will be born from a lotus. In all lifetimes, they will remember their past lives. They will always want to look at all the Tathagatas. All wishes will be completely fulfilled as desired. And so on. Also, if one writes a hundred thousand (times) and makes a hundred thousand stupas, and puts them inside, then when the hundred thousand are complete, all the stupas will burn. I myself will also burn. Certainly, one will immediately become irreversible. One will abide in the ten bhumis. One will generate roots of virtue and receive prophecies from the Blessed Ones, the Tathagatas, as numerous as the sands of ninety-nine billion trillion kotis of the Ganges River. Then, if one puts it inside a single stupa and supports it with a wooden stick, it will be called the stupa of a hundred thousand essences of the relics of the Tathagatas of the three times. Whoever does the activities from that, all of them will become irreversible. They will awaken to unsurpassable, perfectly complete enlightenment. Even those who belong to the animal realm, and also all kinds of other sentient beings who go there, all of them will become irreversible. Even if one is touched by its shadow, one will be completely liberated, so what need is there to mention those who do many activities? The qualities and benefits of this cannot be expressed. And so on, because immeasurable benefits have been spoken of, this dharani must also be read. Similarly, from the Ushnishavijaya Dharani, which completely purifies all the bad destinies, immeasurable benefits have also been spoken of, and again it was said: Lord of the Gods, this dharani should be written in letters and placed on the top of a victory banner. Or on a high mountain, or a tall building, or on the main pillar of a stupa. Lord of the Gods, whether it is a bhikshu, a bhikshuni, an upasaka, an upasika, or any other son or daughter of a family, whoever sees it placed on the top of a victory banner, or dwells near it, even if they are touched by its shadow, or if they are struck by the wind of its dust, Lord of the Gods!

O god, that sentient being will not generate all sins. It should be considered that that sentient being will not be reborn in all categories such as hell, animals, the world of Yama, hungry ghosts, and asuras. O god, that sentient being will not generate all sins and all fears of falling into evil destinies. It should be considered that that sentient being will not be reborn in all categories such as hell, animals, the world of Yama, hungry ghosts, and asuras. O god, those sentient beings are prophesied by all Tathagatas, and are considered to be irreversible from the unexcelled perfect enlightenment. O god, offering and respecting, adorning with flowers, incense, perfumes, flower garlands, unguents, umbrellas, victory banners, flags, and various ornaments, building stupas at the crossroads of roads, placing this dharani, joining palms and prostrating and circumambulating the stupa, not to mention other things. O god, that sentient being should be considered a great sentient being. He should be considered the son of the Tathagata. He should be considered a worthy recipient of offerings. He should be considered the stupa of the Tathagata. As mentioned above, because inconceivable benefits are proclaimed, this dharani must also be viewed. From the dharani that cuts off the obscurations of karma, many benefits are also proclaimed. It is also said, 'Write down his name, recite the dharani mantra, build a hundred thousand stupas, and after offering well with umbrellas, victory banners, flags, etc., if it is thrown into the great ocean or river, then that sentient being will be liberated from hell, etc. Or build a stupa, build a great stupa at the crossroads of roads, offer well with umbrellas, victory banners, flags, etc., seek a noble Sangha to preach the Dharma, and say, 'May this become the root of virtue for so-and-so, may only this cause rebirth in the happy realm of heaven.' If this is done, one will be reborn like that, and show the body, very good.' After saying these words, one will disappear. Committing the five inexpiable sins, or abandoning the true Dharma, or slandering the noble ones
