Unbound and unfreed. All form of suchness that has the aspect of being with outflows is unbound and unfreed. All form that is primordially, by its very nature, without outflows is unbound and unfreed. Consciousness is unbound and unfreed, for it is not exhausted by an antidote. It is taught as exhausted because it was exhausted from the beginning. As it is said in the Sutra of the King of Dhāraṇī Sovereigns. Why is that? Because form of suchness does not exist as imputation. Because form of suchness is devoid of imputation. Because form of suchness is unborn. All phenomena of ultimate other-emptiness are also unbound and unfreed, because all phenomena of conventional self-emptiness do not exist. Because all phenomena of conventional self-emptiness are devoid of everything. Because they do not arise from any cause or condition. All perfections of giving, ethics, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom of ultimate other-emptiness are unbound and unfreed, because all conventional phenomena do not exist anywhere. The perfection of giving is unbound and unfreed. Because it is devoid of all conventional phenomena. Because it does not arise from any cause or condition, it is unbound and unfreed. Because conventional phenomena do not exist anywhere. The perfections of ethics, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom are unbound and unfreed, because they are devoid of all conventional phenomena. Unbound and unfreed. All non-emptiness of suchness is unbound and unfreed. Because all convention does not exist in its nature. Because it is devoid of all convention. Because the nature of all convention is unborn. In the Three Garlands it says: Because all convention does not exist in its nature. The dharmas of the wings of enlightenment, because it is devoid of all convention. Because all convention does not arise from its nature. All emptiness in suchness is also unbound and unfreed. Because all convention does not exist in its nature. Because it is devoid of all convention. Because the nature of convention is unborn. Unbound and unfreed. In the Three Garlands it says: Because all convention does not exist in its nature.

Because it is separated from all conventional truths, because all conventional truths are not produced in their own nature. All that is between the ten powers of the Thus-Gone One of the nature of reality, because all conventional truths are not in their own nature. Because it is separated from all conceptual constructs of conventional truth, because it is not in its own nature. All that is the omniscient nature of the perfect reality of ultimate truth. Because all conceptual constructs of conventional truth are not in their own nature. Because it is separated from conventional truth, because it is not produced in its own nature. All that is the Bodhisattva of the perfect reality of ultimate truth as well. Because all conventional truths are not in their own nature. Because it is separated from conventional truth, because it is not produced in its own nature. O fortunate one, because all conceptual constructs of conventional truth are not in all things. Because it is separated from all conventional truths being existent. Because it is not born from any cause or condition. Because it is not in its own nature. Because it is separated from all conventional truths being existent. Because it is not born from any cause or condition. Because all that is conditioned is not in all things. Because it is separated from the conditioned. This is the unconditioned perfection of generosity, the unconditioned discipline, up to the omniscient nature of the unconditioned. The unconditioned Bodhisattva, the unconditioned Buddha. Thus, the great prince who has realized this abides in the perfection of generosity that is neither bound nor liberated. In the second line: He abides in the perfection of wisdom to be manifested. In the third line: For those who have manifested non-liberation, the prince abides in the manifestation of sentient beings with essence who are neither bound nor liberated and are not completely liberated. That which is neither bound nor liberated. The prince who manifests non-liberation. That which is neither bound nor liberated Buddha. Not liberated. That which is not bound. Not liberated. The five eyes that are neither bound nor liberated, and the forms that are neither bound nor liberated, and the samadhis that are neither bound nor liberated, and the knowledge of the path that is neither bound nor liberated, in the omniscient nature that is neither bound nor liberated, the wheel of Dharma that is neither bound nor liberated will be turned. The sentient beings who are neither bound nor liberated, the three vehicles
