In the path of manifestation, oneself and emanations proclaim the Dharma to others in verses, praise the Buddhas in verses, and are skilled in answering questions. In order to proclaim the great Dharma with words accomplished by the fourfold perfect knowledge, they possess uninterrupted fearlessness. Endowed with twenty qualities such as being skilled in miraculous activities, they are fearless wherever they go, and can overwhelm limitless retinues. Like accumulating the merits of nine kalpas by praising the Buddha Star King, they diligently practice and pass through many kalpas. In immeasurable and countless kalpas, although there are no illusions, everything appears as intended. All dharmas are like illusions, and having attained the ten powers, they are never disheartened at any time, and are known as truly understanding the minds and behaviors of all sentient beings. The samadhi of entering the realm of Dharma arises, and in this, in a single moment, with one wisdom, they comprehend all the diverse differences in the minds, behaviors, and inclinations of all sentient beings, and in a single moment, they comprehend the means of taming them. The Buddhas realize many subtle knowledges, so they do not abandon diligence in accomplishing the mindstream of all sentient beings and completely guiding all sentient beings, and in eliminating their suffering. Therefore, they have no hatred towards all sentient beings, and after attaining the tenth bhumi, the Buddhas of the ten directions empower them, and immediately arise hundreds of thousands of samadhis such as courageous conduct, hundreds of thousands of dharanis such as inexhaustible treasures, and immeasurable forbearance towards the Buddha-fields. Because they possess great forbearance, they can directly realize the wisdom of the equality of all dharmas, the suchness. They are skilled in individual self-awareness, and possess the ability to realize the profound nature of Dharma. Their minds are unfathomable, and they are not swayed by afflictions, so they have complete control over their own minds. They possess the power to transform all dharmas as they wish, so they have complete control over all dharmas. They are not born in the three realms due to the power of karma, etc., so they are skilled in teaching the understanding of karma and afflictions, and dependent origination.

Because the principle of arising and ceasing does not occur. Realizing and abiding in the inexhaustible. Separated from views such as annihilationism and habits such as desire, as well as all eight pervasive obscurations. Abandoning all nine pervasive bonds. With skillful means, completely pacifying the karma and afflictions of oneself and all sentient beings. With the two truths and the noble truths, naturally and completely realizing the four truths. Being skilled in the Buddha's twelve categories of scriptures, such as the sutras and vinaya, and all sound and images, as well as various aspects of the Dharma, teaching the Dharma. The unsurpassed acceptance of being upheld by the path of practice, and so on. Comprehending the nature of all ten qualities as they are. Wishing that I could also be like the adornment of the Buddha-fields such as Sukhavati, or even more excellent. Making aspirations and engaging in diligent practice, now upheld by the nature of complete maturation. Adorning the Buddha-fields limitlessly. Having cultivated the remembrance of the Buddha in the past, now the Buddhas abide in countless world realms. In order to offer and listen to the Dharma with the swift power of mind, being skilled in approaching. Going to the presence of all the Buddhas, turning the wheel of Dharma, and requesting them not to pass into nirvana. Praying to countless Buddhas. Observing the thoughts, habits, behaviors, inclinations, and different faculties of sentient beings, according to their respective situations, with various views of sentient beings, with the power of samadhi, blessing the narrow world to become vast, and so on, as they wish. In short, a hundred, a thousand samadhis. If one were to describe the qualities one by one, it would be impossible to finish speaking in endless kalpas, completely possessing inexhaustible qualities, and the method is the same. After twelve rosaries have passed, abiding together with hundreds and thousands of retinues. Thus, the Nirmanakaya of the Tathagata, with monks, nuns, laymen, laywomen, and so on, abides in Rajagriha (present-day Rajgir, Bihar, India). The Sambhogakaya of the Tathagata is
