Grant the faithful son accomplishments! Please reside as an ornament on the crown of my head! Residing, please bestow blessings! May my mind be one with yours, Mother! PHAṬ! PHAṬ! PHAṬ! PHAṬ! Again, dissolving the three secrets of Machik's five families and one's own three doors into indivisibility, imagine the collapse of the false cave of appearances, and the intense roaring of the appearance of suchness, the nature of reality. PHAṬ! Whatever thoughts arise, proclaim the sound of PHAṬ, which liberates them in their own place. PHAṬ! Then, when casting the offering, arise as the Wrathful Mother from the realm of awareness. PHAṬ! Spontaneously accomplished, the form of the Wrathful Mother of Awareness, Two hands holding a knife and skull cup, possessing three eyes, Two feet in a dancing posture, adorned with bone ornaments, Dwelling in a blaze of fire, carrying a khatvanga, On her crown, a sow's face grunts, The heroes and dakinis of the three realms, And the gods and demons of phenomenal existence, are bound by oath. PHAṬ! The right hand holds a hooked knife, a skull cup filled with blood, Falling upon the three self-arisen skull tripods, Inside, the aggregates swirl into nectar, Bubbles overflow, fertilizing the fields and covering the skin, Flesh becomes mountains, blood becomes oceans, bones are scattered like ropes, Expanding desirable qualities into the treasury of space. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Ha Ho Hrīḥ Recite as much as possible. PHAṬ! This nectar of wisdom, my body, Scattering uncontaminated offerings like clouds, To the lama possessing the three kindnesses, The assembly of accomplished masters of the Chö lineage, Buddhas, bodhisattvas, shravakas, pratyekabuddhas, etc., Offering to the faces of the refuge, the precious ones, May the accumulation of merit be complete, and the two benefits spontaneously accomplished! PHAṬ! PHAṬ! PHAṬ! This nectar of wisdom, my body, As outer, inner, and secret offerings, The uncontaminated five meats and five nectars, The deities of the peaceful and wrathful mandalas of the four tantras, six tantras, and nine vehicles, Dakinis and yogis of the three places, The assembly of wisdom world dakinis, Offering to all without exception, together with their retinues, Having perfected the conduct of asceticism, May I be able to benefit gods and demons! PHAṬ! PHAṬ! PHAṬ! Glorious Protector, brother and sister, The sage, the eight planets, and the constellations, The hosts of demons, tsen, nagas, yakshas, and nödjin, Outer and inner Dharma protectors and guardians, This nectar of wisdom, my body, Each satisfying and fulfilling their desires, Offering flesh, blood, medicine, and torma, Fulfilling their vows and confessing transgressions, Accomplishing desires and protecting against obstacles, May the four activities be accomplished.
