In order to obtain the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind, visualize the three syllables Om (唵，oṃ，perfected), Ah (阿，ā，arisen), and Hum (吽，hūṃ，subduing) clearly appearing in the three places (body, speech, and mind). Body accomplishment Om (唵，oṃ，perfected). Om (唵，oṃ，perfected) Sarva Tathagata Maha Kaya Vajra Svabhava Atma Koham (Om sarva tathāgata mahā-kāya vajra svabhāva ātmako'haṃ, I am). Speech accomplishment Ah (阿，ā，arisen). Om (唵，oṃ，perfected) Sarva Tathagata Maha Vaka Vajra Svabhava Atma Koham (Om sarva tathāgata mahā-vāk vajra svabhāva ātmako'haṃ, I am). Body, speech, and mind, abide in vajra. Yamanmjra krodha rokha ma nam drumatsa muntri. Due to our clinging to objects, the root and branch vows have been broken, and other actions contrary to the scriptures, offerings not placed in the proper place, activities reversed, mantras and mudras incomplete, meditation unclear, etc. All the non-virtuous actions committed through the three doors of body, speech, and mind, we confess with remorse and regret. Please accept with great compassion and grant the pure Brahma conduct as desired. Furthermore, great beings, may the accomplishments of your body, speech, and mind, the excellence of your qualities, and the four types of activities, subdue and conquer all sentient beings, and may the accomplishments not deviate from the previous vows, but be granted at this very moment. Great beings, the activities entrusted to you are: Please pacify all our enemies and obstacles. Those who cannot be subdued by pacification, please subdue with fierce activities. Hand them over to the Lord of Death, Yama. Break the spokes of the burning wheel. Throw them into the depths of the great ocean. Suppress them under Mount Meru. Deliver them into the nine-tiered iron house in the south. Let the Matrikas and Dakinis devour them. Those of us who have manifestly entered this vow, even though cutting and severing and other bodily harm will not occur, may the unbearable suffering caused by the affliction of evil shadows, be healed by merely seeing a glimpse of your form, and may the radiance enter the body, like the light of a thousand suns, constantly shining in this world, and may body, speech, and mind be fully enlightened as Vajra in this life, and may all wishes be fulfilled at this very moment. Visualize the mind's awareness as the self-born wisdom, the great bliss of the spontaneously abiding Bodhicitta, liberated as Yamantaka, the intent of Manjushri's mind, and recite. The number of recitations, signs, and application to activities, etc., should be learned from the scriptures. Second is praise.
