Then, the Lord Karma Heruka observed the world, to see if there were sentient beings with karmic connections and fortune. He saw the auspicious Garab Dorje, who had karmic connections and fortune, and descended upon Garab Dorje. He wrote it into letters, made it into a scripture, and then descended. After that, Garab Dorje found a scripture written with lapis lazuli juice on a precious cushion. At the same time, a very tilted body of the Tathagata, appearing green in color, was sitting in the space in front of him, and said: This is the practice book of the five mantras that control the flesh and blood, life, and life-breath of all existence. The method of practicing this should be understood through the inner meaning of the oath wood.
