Imagine people and livestock being destroyed, like a bird's nest being trampled by a yak, and then throw it. The accumulation of the life-taking heart, the root is the mother womb, the five vital essences counteract the five demons, the four fundamental chakras are rotated. Imagine the torma transforming into many messengers, urge them on, and then throw the torma towards the enemy. For the plunder of wealth, accumulate wealth. For the harm to life, repair life. To make the lineage flourish, there are the four dharmas of existence. For sharpness and speed, there are arrow, mouth, ma, la, heart, food.
