Furthermore, if a bhikkhu, with a corrupted mind, speaks obscene words with a woman, that is, speaks of matters related to sexual intercourse, as a man would speak to a young girl, it is a Saṃghādisesa. Furthermore, if a bhikkhu, with a corrupted mind, praises himself in front of a woman's body, for the sake of receiving reverence, saying: 'A bhikkhu like me, virtuous, possessing good qualities, practicing celibacy, if revered with this Dharma related to sexual intercourse, it would be the most excellent of all reverences,' it is a Saṃghādisesa. Furthermore, if a bhikkhu acts as a matchmaker for a woman, or for a man, to make them husband and wife or lovers, even if it is only for a few meetings, it is a Saṃghādisesa. If a bhikkhu requests the construction of a house, and there is no donor, then that bhikkhu should have the house built according to the prescribed dimensions. The dimensions of the house are: the interior length should be twelve times the height of the Tathāgata, and the width should be seven times the height. For the purpose of inspecting the foundation, that bhikkhu should invite other bhikkhus to come. The invited bhikkhus should inspect the foundation to see if it is suitable, without dispute, and can be started. If the bhikkhu inspects a foundation that is unsuitable, disputed, or cannot be started, but builds a large monastery for the Saṃgha, or does not invite bhikkhus to inspect the foundation, or does not show the foundation to the invited bhikkhus, it is a Saṃghādisesa. Furthermore, if a bhikkhu, out of anger and hatred, thinking: 'By any means, I must separate this person from the Brahmacarya!' groundlessly accuses a pure and innocent bhikkhu of a defeating offense, then whether or not he is questioned later, as long as the accusation is baseless, and the bhikkhu speaks out of hatred, it is a Saṃghādisesa. Furthermore, if a bhikkhu, out of anger and hatred, thinking: 'By any means, I must separate this person from the Brahmacarya!' accuses a pure and innocent bhikkhu of an offense that is similar to that of another sect, then whether or not he is questioned later, as long as the accusation is related to another sect --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Therefore, merely by being in agreement, some Dharma was accepted. If a Bhikṣu dwells in anger and speaks with anger, it is a Saṃghāvaśeṣa. Furthermore, if any Bhikṣu becomes impudent in order to divide the harmonious Saṃgha, and correctly initiates and insists on a dispute that will lead to division, then the Bhikṣus should say to that Bhikṣu: 'Venerable one, do not be impudent in order to divide the harmonious Saṃgha. Do not correctly initiate and insist on a dispute that will lead to division. Venerable one, be in harmony with the Saṃgha. Do not divide the Saṃgha. Do not quarrel. Be universally joyful, of one opinion, like water and milk mixed together. Clearly elucidate the Buddha's teachings and abide in contact with happiness. Venerable one, abandon this basis for dividing the Saṃgha.' He should be instructed in this way. When the Bhikṣus instruct that Bhikṣu in this way, if he abandons that basis, that is good. If he does not abandon it, he should be admonished twice or thrice to abandon that basis, and he should be correctly taught. After being admonished twice or thrice and correctly taught, if he abandons that basis, that is good. If he does not abandon it, it is a Saṃghāvaśeṣa. If there are friends of that Bhikṣu, one, two, or many, who disagree and follow his views. If they say to the Bhikṣus: 'Venerable ones, whether you are right or wrong, do not say anything to the Bhikṣu.' Why? 'Because, venerable ones, this Bhikṣu is a speaker of the Dharma, a speaker of the Vinaya. This Bhikṣu correctly accepts and insists on the Dharma and Vinaya, and subsequently explains them. This Bhikṣu speaks knowingly, not unknowingly. We approve and tolerate what this Bhikṣu approves and tolerates.' If they say this, the Bhikṣus should say to those Bhikṣus: 'Venerable ones, do not say, “Venerable ones, whether you are right or wrong, do not say anything to the Bhikṣu.” Why? “Because, venerable ones, this Bhikṣu is a speaker of the Dharma, a speaker of the Vinaya. This Bhikṣu correctly accepts and insists on the Dharma and Vinaya, and subsequently explains them. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
