Nor does it demonstrate the meaning of righteousness. The compassionate lord, with a variety of colorful light arrays, Illuminates clearly, teaching beings the meaning of what should be known. When the Buddha goes to the city, those beings without eyes, See, and separated from meaningless gatherings, experience from seeing that meaning. Those blinded by ignorance, fallen into the ocean of existence, obscured by the darkness of views, By the light of the Buddha's sun, see places where the mind's light had not seen. Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, Though without thought, instantly, For those abiding in the realm of experience, Fulfills all thoughts separately. Likewise, relying on the wish-fulfilling Buddha, Various different thoughts, Though hearing various teachings, He does not discriminate. Like a precious jewel, without thought, a jewel of desire, Effortlessly gives to others, Likewise, the capable one, without effort, as is fitting, For the sake of others, abides constantly as long as existence lasts. Because the ocean dwells beneath the earth, desiring that, Like a good jewel, it is very difficult to find in this world. Likewise, beings are extremely unfortunate, seized by afflictions, In this mind, seeing the Sugata is known to be difficult to find. Like the sound of an echo, Arising from the consciousness of another, Without discrimination, without tolerance, It does not abide inside or outside. Likewise, the speech of the Thus-Gone One, Arising from the consciousness of another, Without discrimination, without fabrication, It does not abide inside or outside. Without a little, without appearance, Without an object, without support, Completely beyond the path of the eye, Without form, impossible to show. Like the sky, without high or low, Though seen, it is not like that. Likewise, in all Buddhas, Though seen, it is not like that. Like all that grows from the earth, Without thought, relying on the earth, Grows and relies, yet becomes vast. Likewise, the ground of the fully enlightened Buddha, Relying on non-discrimination, The roots of virtue of beings, Will all increase without exception. Without effort, some actions, Are done unseen, therefore, To cut off the doubts of those to be tamed, Nine examples are shown. Wherever these nine examples, Are extensively and thoroughly shown, By the very name of the Sutra, Its purpose is shown. Adorned with the vast appearance of knowledge arising from hearing, The wise will quickly enter all the realms of the Buddha. Therefore, in the image of the hundred-eyed Indra of Vaiḍūrya (Tibetan: བཻ་ཌཱུར, Sanskrit Devanagari: वैडूर्य, Sanskrit Romanization: vaiḍūrya, Chinese literal meaning: blue glass)...

Etc. Examples: Regarding the explanation of these nine qualities, one must firmly grasp their essential meaning: teaching, speaking, pervading, emanation, wisdom, joy, and the secrets of mind, speech, and body, as well as the nature of compassion. 2-193 Completely pacifying all effort and toil, with a mind free from any conceptualization. Like the reflection of Indra appearing on clear beryl. Pacifying effort is the vow, the mind without conceptualization is the argument. The nature is the established meaning, the example is Indra's reflection, etc. The situation here is like this: the nine qualities such as teaching, the teacher is free from birth and death, effortlessly entering the state. Like Indra's drum and clouds, like Brahma and the wish-fulfilling jewel, like sound and image, sky and earth, until the end of samsara, effortlessly benefiting others, this is the principle of yoga. Appearing and teaching like a jewel, the king of gods, skilled in guiding, like the drum of the gods. The all-pervading awareness and great compassion are like clouds, pervading limitless beings, up to the peak of existence. Like Brahma, without moving from the uncontaminated state, manifesting various emanations. Like the sun, the light of wisdom radiates, like the pure wish-fulfilling jewel's mind. The speech of the Buddhas is like an echo in the valley, without letters. The body is pervasive like space, formless and eternal. The earth is the root of all white virtuous medicines for beings, the place of the Buddha. 2-194 In the mind like clear beryl, one can see the cause of the Buddha. These places are irreversible, the power of increasing faith. Virtuous deeds have arising and ceasing, the Buddha's form has arising and ceasing. Like Indra, the capable one has no arising or ceasing of the Dharmakaya. Similarly, effortlessly, from the unborn and unceasing Dharmakaya, until samsara exists, the activities such as teaching are carried out. These examples summarize the main points. The meaning is like this, the order is also, the preceding and following dharmas are not consistent, it is described from the perspective of abandonment. The Buddha's image is like a reflection, without sound, it is not like that. Like the drum of the gods, it cannot function in all places. Like a great cloud, it has no purpose, it is not abandoning the seed. Like the great Brahma, it is not always ripening. Like the image of the sun, it is not always eliminating darkness. Like the wish-fulfilling jewel, when it appears, it is not easy to obtain. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
