གཞན་ཡང་བྱང་བདག་བཀྲ་ཤིས་སྟོབས་རྒྱལ་གྱིས་མཛད་པའི་སྲི་འགུགས་ཚིགས་བཅད་མ་དེ་ཉིད་སོགས་གཞན་ནས་བྱུང་བའི་འགུགས་གཞུག་ཀྱང་སྤྲོ་ན་བྱ། དེ་ནས་སླར་ཡང་འགུགས་སྔགས་བཟླ་བ་ནི། And, relying on the power and ability of those great truths, may the common enemies of the teachings and sentient beings, the life-enemies of the glorious lamas, the particular enemies of all yogis, the oath-breakers who destroy the teachings, the heretics who gather the enemies of the teachings, etc., become fields for subduing demons, evil guides, obstacles, and malevolent spirits. Especially, for us teachers and disciples, protectors, and retinues of people and wealth, etc., who harbor evil thoughts, act harshly, and lead in diseases and evil spirits, may all the harmful and injurious mischievous spirits and evil guides be immediately absorbed into this image-effigy! Root mantra: sarva vighnan śatrūṁ nṛ tri vajra aṅkuśa ya ja jaḥ jaḥ hūṁ vaṁ hoḥ. Recite three, seven, twenty-one times, etc., according to the situation. In addition, if desired, recite the "Summoning Spirits Poem" composed by the Northern Lord Tashi Tobgyal, and other summoning and dispelling verses from other sources. Then, recite the summoning mantra again: From the three mandalas, emanate countless messengers and emanations, so that all kinds of spirits, such as oath-spirits, mischievous spirits, disaster spirits, etc., wherever they may be, are immediately and involuntarily absorbed into the effigy, bound, tied, and intoxicated, and deprived of support. After visualizing this, add to the end of the root mantra: Harmful ones, oath-spirits, mischievous spirits, disease spirits, death spirits, tomb spirits, enemy spirits, disaster spirits, etc., all kinds of spirits, jaḥ hūṁ vaṁ hoḥ! The life-force of evil spirits, śare mati 'grim 'grim, śāma ruti thum thum, myog myog yed yed śāma ruti khug khug, ling myog ling śa ling thum, camuṇṭi jaḥ hūṁ vaṁ hoḥ! Recite fifty or one hundred and eight times, etc., until the signs of summoning are clear, repeatedly and diligently, and visualize clearly. Fifth, separating from the deities: Sprinkle with the feathers of crows and owls, scatter black and white mustard seeds, and recite: hūṁ hūṁ bhyoḥ! Great obedient one, slanderer! One who possesses malice and hatred! Enemies and obstacles who steal accomplishments! Separate from the guiding deities! Separate the war god of this oath-breaker, enemy, obstacle, and sinner from the crown of the head! Separate the life god from the center of the heart! Separate the family god from the navel! Separate the mother goddess from the secret place! Separate the father god from the right shoulder!

Release! Release the local deity from the left shoulder! Release the vidyadhara protector from behind! Release the leading deities such as Bonpos! Release from all the places of the body! Bhyoḥ kha kha mukha mahāmoghe! Great dark black one with the head of a raven! One who performs deeds during the day and possesses miraculous powers! The time for your commitment has come! Bhyoḥ hulu mukha mahāmoghe! Great yellow-black one with the head of an owl! One who performs deeds at night and possesses fierce power! The time for your commitment has come! You two run without day or night! Come to release enemies and enemy gods! Come to release relatives and close ones! Come to release sons and daughters! Come to release husbands and wives! Scatter them into dust with fierce wrathful actions! By saying this, from the hearts of the deities of the three mandalas, emanate countless messengers, deities, and subtle differentiators, manifestations, and further manifestations. Drive away the enemies and obstacles that are held in mind, like mist scattered by the wind. All the protecting deities are weakened, without refuge, and sitting pitifully, think like that. Burn black gugul, black dog feces, old shoe soles, horse manure, and black bull horns, without affecting oneself and the mandala too much. At the end of the root mantra, say many times: mama dṛk rudra māraya phaṭ phaṭ! anṛt trak rakṣa māraya phaṭ phaṭ! Thus, separate them. Sixth, to seize power and miraculous abilities, there are two types: real and consequential. First, as before, burn with the previous separating substances. Hūṃ hūṃ! Incense that completely separates relatives, this smoke of black gugul, when burned in the noses of oath-breakers, evil spirits, and demons, may their power and miraculous abilities diminish! With the smoke of dog feces, old shoe soles, horse manure, and black bull horns, may all the power and miraculous abilities of those possessed by evil spirits be stolen and completely destroyed!
