Great Bliss Vajra Mountain King for Subduing Obstructing Spirits. ༄༅། The profound method for subduing the malevolent hordes of obstructing spirits into the unborn realm of space, called the Great Bliss Vajra Mountain King, abides herein. ༄༅། Oṃ Svasti. Homage to the glorious union of the supreme Three Jewels, all phenomena, and the Three Roots, the lord of the vast mandala of peaceful and wrathful deities, the supreme teacher of the great secret essence, Heruka, having recognized the nature of self-awareness. Herein, a supplementary method for subduing obstructing spirits, applicable to any activity of manifest enjoyment, is compiled from various authentic sources of scriptures and instructions, concise, clear, and easy to apply. In this context, for the teachings and the complete benefit of beings, the types of evil obstructing spirits that create obstacles, those who cannot be subdued by peaceful means, are irreversibly suppressed into the vast realm of space of E (ཨེ་) through wrathful activities, in three stages. First, the preparatory activities also have five parts. First, preparing the effigy: On paper unblemished by poison, draw a gaunt and wretched effigy of the obstructing spirit, with a human head in the center, a horse head on the right, a monkey head on the left, and a bird head on top, with its hands and feet bound in iron fetters.
