The swiftness of sharpness and the clear manifestation of words and meanings are the power of wisdom, and the insight of higher vision, the Vajra chain, initially appears like a knot tied in a horse's tail, or like a string of pearls, or like a fluttering golden thread, or like a bouquet of flowers, is considered to be the radiance of wisdom. Thus, in the Root Tantra it says: 'From the heart of the precious mandala, the essence is pure from the beginning, the union of emptiness and clarity is the radiance of the body, the complete face and hands are the form of the vase body, spontaneously present, abiding in a mass of light, the colors of compassion are individually clear.' Also, in the Great Perfection Tantra of the Wisdom Sphere, it says: 'Connected from the heart to the eye, the self-born great secret vein, has a tube of Kati crystal.' Also, in the Golden Garland it says: 'The vein connected to the ocean of jewels, white, soft, and empty inside, the bindu is not stained by blood, great wisdom flows from there.' Also, the Tantra says: 'Especially connected from the heart, the silk thread is like a bent cow's hair, piercing the eye of the senses, all dharmata is the path.' Also, in the Self-Arisen it says: 'The four lamps are like this: the lamp of the empty bindu, the lamp of the realm of awareness, the lamp of self-arisen wisdom, and the lamp of the far-flung water. They abide in all sentient beings.' Thus it is said.

When the pulsating, flickering light appears indistinctly, guide it gradually with the correct posture, so that it enters the realm of space. If you analyze the subtle differences of the light, such as "is" and "is not," or if you are caught up in discursive thoughts and think of the light as a real object, there is a danger of obstacles and straying. Therefore, simply recognize the nature of awareness itself, without any conceptual fabrication, alteration, or clinging to the self-luminous nature of reality. Rely on the stillness that does not waver from the essential point. If the appearance of clear light becomes unclear, or wavers up, down, left, or right, do not let the eyes and mind follow it. With the correct posture, slowly guide it from the corner of your eye, so that it appears as before. Gaze at it without any mental wavering, and without being disturbed by clinging thoughts. Practice and become accustomed to the conduct of holding your own ground, which is inexpressible and free from elaboration. The sign of mastering this is that the bindu remains still without flickering. Therefore, the more the inner nadi-dhatu elements become clear and strong as light, the more they separate from the eyebrow center of the clear light of space-awareness, appearing without waxing or waning, and so on. Because the object and subject are mixed without separation, the dependence on external conditions becomes less and less, and the practice of the four visions increases. The experiences of appearances and awareness will gradually arise. Here, since it is seen with the eye of a bubble, it is necessary to lead it to the place of exhaustion. If it is seen with the eye of wisdom, then the certainty of sequence is abandoned, and it is exhausted all at once. For some individuals with excellent roots who are neither of these two, there is also an uncertain way of appearing. Because the differences of beings are inconceivable. Do not mistake any of these for signs of the path. Because it is possible that due to a single cause of heat and moisture, the essence of earth that matures very early may turn into rock candy. Therefore, it is said that it must be guided only by a qualified guru. Thus, by the three essential points of uniting prana and awareness, or by the four essential points of separating them, wisdom manifestly appears. If these essential points are not present, one cannot realize the meaning of awareness. As it is said in the tantra: Awareness, wisdom, bindu, from the beginning abide in the ground, but in the middle, without conditions and with conditions.
