Abiding in effortless self-liberation, like being embraced by a dakini. As a sign of increasing experiential realization, the prana dissolves into the central channel, and there is no discrimination between good and bad, so the body, like a person afflicted by illness, does not engage in grooming or adornment. Speech transcends affirmation and negation, so one speaks randomly and nonsensically, like a madman blurting out his own words. The mind's collection of thoughts dissolves into its own ground, so one is determined not to revert to recollection, like a person who has been poisoned seven times and knows that death is certain. The three signs of perfected wisdom are: the body gains mastery over the channels and prana, so like an elephant stuck in the mud, it can pull itself out by its own strength, and there is no attachment or obstruction to the five elements, passing through them unimpeded. Speech knows that it transcends expression, so like a child singing from a clay pot, it captivates the minds of others and inspires faith. The mind realizes the meaning of primordial purity and original liberation, without any basis for reification, so like a person cured of smallpox, one is confident that one will not revert to the three realms. As a sign of witnessing the exhaustion of phenomena, the body has purified the tangible, so like a corpse in a charnel ground, there is no fear or shame even if an executioner appears. Speech realizes non-speaking, so speech ceases, like an echo in a valley, empty and repeating after others. The mind's clinging thoughts are completely purified, so like the dissipation of mist in space, one is able to attain Buddhahood in an instant. Thus, it is said in the root tantra: Measure with the three abidings, the reversal of dreams and body, speech, and mind. The signs and measures must be determined. Furthermore, it is also necessary to know that the meaning of what is said in the tantra, in short, for those who are dull-witted, who cling to appearances as real, and for those who only know the literal meaning and cannot delve deeper, if the body can manifest in various forms, appear in various colors, a second image appears in the shadow or mirror, or one thinks one knows the minds of others, then one should meditate on the wrathful deity, recite fierce mantras, and sing the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) song, burn gugul incense, wash without beginning or end with major and minor amrita, and smear old skin flakes on the limbs. If demons appear disguised as lamas or yidams, then one should cultivate bodhicitta and emptiness to dispel them. In particular, if it is not a pure wisdom dakini, but various

If forms appear from the sky and prophecies are made, etc., merely accomplishing common siddhis, this will be known as a sign that it is not genuine, and greed, hatred, negation, affirmation, etc., will increase more than before. If it becomes increasingly contrary to the Dharma, then one has fallen under the control of the dakinis. If one abides in equanimity on the meaning of no-self, the dakinis will be under my control and will not be able to deceive me. These are called signs of obstructing demons. Therefore, one must examine the differences between experiences and signs separately and without confusion, and strive not to let oneself fall under the control of obstructing demons. Furthermore, due to the way wind and mind combine, unreliable samadhi may suddenly arise, or uncertain phenomena such as divine forms and intertwined lights may appear in the sky, which are called signs of increasing and decreasing experiences. In such cases, one should sit in the middle of water, with the neck submerged up to a sixteen-finger-width wooden plank, anoint the body with sandalwood and sesame oil, rely on cooling foods, and recite the essence of unbornness, the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), etc., so that the errors and deviations in experiential appearances can be corrected back to the correct path. Furthermore, if the body is greatly trained and one gains control over the limbs, the body becomes as soft and wide as cotton, the complexion is good, there are no white hairs or wrinkles, the growth of hair and nails ceases, the five Buddha families' seals appear on the body, the forms of body-letters are clear, youthfulness returns, white hair turns black, and new flesh grows, etc. Similarly, truth is accomplished in speech, what is said benefits others, erroneous words do not arise, various Dharmas are known spontaneously, various stories and sounds are known, the teachings of shravakas, pratyekabuddhas, and bodhisattvas are heard, and the breath does not move in and out, etc. The mind remains stable in samadhi for years, one does not need food or clothing, one can control the breath at will, the thoughts of past and future are purified, thus stopping the activities of actions, immeasurable compassion arises, and afflictions no longer manifest, etc., these are called the signs of unchanging secrecy. It is said that the key is not to be tainted by any thoughts of affirmation or negation, and not to fall into the extremes of hope or fear. As it says in the "Self-Arisen": If dakinis appear and make prophecies, that is an observation of experience, so understand its meaning.
