Free from the aspect of grasping thoughts, the nature of reality, free from elaboration, is equal to the limit of the sky. There is no grasping or conceptualization towards the objects of focus. It is the self-aware wisdom of the Buddha, free from the four extremes. The Dharmakaya is beyond the extremes of existence and non-existence. Thus it is said. In the Garuda Soaring it says: Whatever effort is made without limit, is like a blind person searching for the edge of the sky, it cannot be found. This meaning of not finding, no one can alter once it is found. For this knowable, free from elaboration, there is no possibility of an end. Thus it is said. Similarly, even if one does not intentionally grasp at whatever appearance of form, etc., arises in the objects of the six senses, whether it is virtuous or non-virtuous, etc., if one merely intentionally blocks the appearance of objects with mental constructs such as emptiness as negation or non-affirmation, according to the system of mental discernment, one will not attain Buddhahood. If that were the case, since appearance and the object of appearance are not distinguished, it would be close to the Mind-Only school with its defiled true appearances. It is not so. Although it is unavoidable that the thought "that is it" arises in the first moment of seeing something on the path of ordinary beings, in the second moment, because the power of mind and mental factors is fully applied to examine its nature, the previous conceptualization naturally vanishes without a trace, and even though the appearance of the object does not cease, one becomes accustomed to abiding in the nature of reality without grasping. Appearance and liberation are purified simultaneously, and the blending of appearance and mind is the unmistaken path of the Great Perfection of Naturalness. In the All-Creating King it says: When the six senses perceive the six objects, seeing suffering causes the senses to cease. Thus, one does not understand what the All-Creating King has done, and therefore there is no result of arising and ceasing in that. Thus it is said. The Vidyadhara Garab Dorje said: At the time of arising, there is equal arising, without good or bad. At the time of liberation, there is equal liberation, without good or bad. Thus it is said. Therefore, it does not depend on the effort of purification with the exhaustion of accepting and rejecting the impurities of the elements, and it is far superior to the contaminated trainings bound by the tight concepts of guarding, meditating, learning, and experiencing. The intention of the King of Natural Great Perfection is the single bindu beyond effort and thought. All aspects of the skillful means of the path of the perfections, and all aspects of the samadhi of wisdom, are complete within the Dharmata of awareness, the All-Creating King, the Supreme Recollection. In the Sutra Requested by Khasarpani it says: Non-grasping is generosity, non-abiding is morality.

Ma. Not guarding is patience, not striving is diligence, not thinking is meditation, not aiming is wisdom. It is said like that. Training the skill of practice on oneself. Mixing with circumstances. Fourth, from realizing the meaning of the primordial purity of the original state of reality, training the skill of practice on oneself involves mixing with circumstances, placing in the womb, and the method of blocking and binding, which are three. First, training the skill by mixing with the circumstances of the three self-liberations, the "Meaning Instructions" state: The five poisons are introduced as self-liberation, the five gates are introduced as self-liberation, the six consciousnesses are introduced as self-liberation. Having become proficient in this way and having reached the state of being tamed, the meaning of Trekchö is established. Regarding this, Omniscient Longchenpa said: The five poisons, the five gates, and the six consciousnesses are said to be the three self-liberations. Here too, similarly, first, the self-liberation of the five poisons is: Whatever of the five poisonous emotions arises that destroys lasting happiness and steals the life of liberation, without abandoning it, but placing it in a state of great naturalness as self-liberation, it will widely burst forth as the five wisdoms free from grasping. Likewise, whatever coarse or subtle thoughts arise from that, without negating or affirming, but placing them in the state of whatever appears, it will become the great self-liberation of primordial purity. The self-liberation of the six consciousnesses is: For the six objects of form, sound, smell, taste, touch, and phenomena, whatever negation or affirmation arises from the six consciousnesses consisting of the five sense gates and the mind, and whatever appears, by releasing it in its own state with great naturalness, it will be liberated into the great groundlessness of original emptiness. Omniscient Longchenpa said: In the three poisons, five gates, six consciousnesses, and all objects, whatever arises is ground-liberated, originally liberated, abiding in its own state, unscattered, non-abiding, liberated in the nature of reality, the king without reliance, appearing without grasping. Thus he said. Placing in the womb. Second, placing such a nature of reality in the womb of the four modes of abiding is: Like this, for the self-luminous awareness that is introduced as being free from thought and concept, without engaging in the grasping efforts of the mind and the antidote of deliberate meditation, but placing it freely and without change, this is the view of abiding like a mountain king. Like the three modes of abiding explained earlier, without making grasping or alteration to the appearances of the six consciousnesses, in a state like the ocean not disturbed by waves, awareness and
