Etc. Then, practice Tögal at noon. At noon, do some circumambulation and fatigue relief activities. In the afternoon's two sessions, the first session in the afternoon also remains in Tögal, and in the evening, perform Torma offerings, Dharma practice, and wind control. In the evening's three sessions, the first session contemplates death and impermanence. The middle session performs generation stage and recitation. In the noon session, conceal sleep in luminosity. Alternatively, for a person without elaboration, practice Tögal in the morning and afternoon sessions of the day. That is, practice in the two sessions of morning and afternoon, and during the day, practice like a string of beads. In the two sessions of the night, with the body in a seated posture, cover the eyes with fingertips, and gently press without weight. Focus awareness on the five-colored bindus shining like peacock feathers in the sky directly in front of the eyebrows, and practice as much as possible. At the end of the evening session, gather the senses to the essential points in the posture of a sage. At the navel, on top of a four-petaled lotus, a short red A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) burns like fire from the sensation of heat, striking the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) at the crown of the head from the central channel, causing drops of nectar to fall from the bindu. Use fire as fuel to make it burn intensely. Burn karma and habitual tendencies. When the union of skillful means and wisdom, red and white, increases bliss, remain in the state of bliss and emptiness. At noon, gather awareness into the vase like an elephant's posture. In the heart, there is one clear and shining white A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A), and at the aperture of Brahma, there is a clear white A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A). Between the two, from the path of the central channel, small white A's (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) appear like a string of crystal beads, each one dissolving into the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) in the heart. Because of this, contemplate that white light fills and illuminates all the channels and the inside of the body, which is concealing sleep in the sheath of luminosity, which is the key to self-liberation without abandoning ignorance. Immediately upon waking up at dawn, breathe out three long breaths with the sound "Ha." Manifest awareness clearly in the posture of a lion. In the sky about an arrow's length directly above the crown of the head, a second white A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) separates from the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) in the heart and remains clear and distinct. By focusing the mind on this, the wisdom that is inseparable from clarity and emptiness, the primordial state of original purity, will arise and be known. Similarly, the instructions of Paṇchen Vimalamitra, the four contemplations, and in order to generate the wisdom of cessation, non-conceptual, the elements of the five winds naturally exhaust themselves in their own place, a red A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) stacked fivefold, stacked fourfold, a green one stacked threefold, and a yellow one stacked twofold.

Stacked. Meditating successively on pure blue, abiding in the unborn "A" (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), makes discriminating thoughts like fire, pleasure like water, thoughts like wind, memory like earth, and the antidote to abandonment together with the nature of self, all purified. As it says in "Lamp Illuminating": "The oral instructions for meditation are like a sequence, day and night combined are obtained in sequence." Also, as it says in "Profound Meaning Essence": "Diligently practice 'saying' (direct translation) morning and evening." "During the day, diligently practice 'Lugu Jiu' (direct translation)." It also says: "The three Kayas, Nirmanakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Dharmakaya, at dusk, midnight, and dawn, combine sequentially with the three objects of focus. Thus, diligently striving day and night, liberation is without doubt." Furthermore, if interested, at these times one can also learn the seven-branch posture and the four ways of looking. The postures are: Garuda, tiger crouching, human, fox, vulture, giant, and crocodile postures, seven key body positions. Among them, the Garuda posture is: both soles of the feet together, body upright, two vajra fists placed on the thighs, neck slightly bent, eyes looking at the space between the eyebrows, and experience it. The tiger crouching posture is: feet as before, vajra fists placed at the secret place, pull the back of the neck, bend the throat, eyes contracted at the eyebrows, looking straight ahead. The human posture is: body squatting, both hands embracing between the knees, neck slightly raised, looking straight at the sky. The fox posture is: feet like a straight person, vajra fists placed on both sides, arms stretched and pulled, spine straightened, eyes slightly closed, leading to the corners of the left and right. The vulture posture is: the vajra posture of the feet slightly extended forward, fists placed at the base of the hips, spine straightened, pull the back of the neck, very closed eyes, leading to the two corners, looking in a swaying manner. The giant posture is: elbows erected on the thighs in the lotus position, both hands raising the cheeks, spine straightened as much as possible, eyes closed, alternately leading the gaze to the left sky. The crocodile posture is: lotus position, hands covering the knees, body upright, neck slightly raised, eyes leading to the right, looking and meditating with closed eyes. All these should be in a high place, in a place where one can see the vast sky, facing south.
