In the throat, in the vein resembling the horn of a gazelle, is the seed syllable of the asuras, Su (Tibetan: སུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: सु, Sanskrit Romanization: su, Literal Chinese meaning: Su) greenish-yellow. In the heart, in the life vein, is the seed syllable of humans, Nri (Tibetan: ནྲྀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ, Sanskrit Romanization: nṛ, Literal Chinese meaning: Nri) bluish-green. In the navel, in the vein like a stretched rope, is the seed syllable of animals, Tri (Tibetan: ཏྲི་, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रि, Sanskrit Romanization: tri, Literal Chinese meaning: Tri) reddish-black. In the secret place, in the great bliss vein, is the seed syllable of the pretas, Pre (Tibetan: པྲེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रे, Sanskrit Romanization: pre, Literal Chinese meaning: Pre) green. At the soles of the feet, in the swirling vein wheels, is the seed syllable of hell beings, Du (Tibetan: དུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: दु, Sanskrit Romanization: du, Literal Chinese meaning: Du) smoky, the predispositions of these six realms of existence are inherently present. At the time of death, the parts of the body, the veins, the elements, and the syllables, wherever the wind and mind gather, one is propelled and born into a corresponding realm, therefore purification is very important. This purification is the wisdom of awareness, inseparable from all Buddhas, appearing in the form of seed syllables of the three vajras. Contemplate that all the causes and effects of samsara and falling into the lower realms, arising from ignorance, are completely purified without remainder. 将白色的阿字焚烧成无实有。再次观想从三字（嗡、啊、吽）产生的甘露和光芒，净化六道众生的处所，使轮回的所有生处皆空。据说要念诵三字。因此，随各自意愿轮流念诵，直至出现各种罪障清净的征兆，以及三门对庸常之执着逐渐清净，如同擦拭过的水晶球一般的征兆。努力修持，暂时断绝轮回的种子，斩断关联。最终将不再轮回。如《虚空光明》中所说：“如内鲁香般被剖开，迷惑之因轮回的种子空，三者不再轮回。”又说：“如若种子未尽，轮回的关联不会断绝。”如同因的种子耗尽，则不会产生果实一般。如此内外鲁香分别剖开，三门之执着得以转变，轮回的关联断绝，身体成熟为大乐光明，语成为文字之轮，心识于当下解脱，生起光明空性无分别之体验等。如《临近灌顶》中所说：“无论以何种方式剖开鲁香，都不会再堕入三界。”如是成就鲁香。

The white Ah is burned into nothingness. Again, contemplate that the nectar and light arising from the three syllables (Om, Ah, Hum) purify the abodes of the six realms, making all places of birth in samsara empty. It is said that the three syllables should be recited. Therefore, recite them alternately according to one's own wishes, until various signs of purification of sins and obscurations appear, and the attachment of the three doors to ordinariness gradually becomes purified, like a crystal ball that has been wiped clean. By striving in this way, the seeds of samsara are temporarily exhausted and the connection is severed. Ultimately, one will not return to samsara. As it is said in "Vast Expanse of Luminosity": "Like the inside of a Ru-shan that has been split open, the seed of delusion, samsara, is empty; the three will not return to samsara." It is also said: "If the seed is not exhausted, the connection of samsara will not be severed." It is like when the seed of the cause is exhausted, there will be no fruit produced by it. Thus, by splitting the outer and inner Ru-shan separately, the attachment of the three doors is transformed, the connection of samsara is severed, and the body matures into great bliss and luminosity, speech becomes the wheel of letters, and the mind is liberated in the moment, giving rise to the experience of luminosity and emptiness, non-conceptuality, etc. As it is said in "Approaching Empowerment": "Whichever way the Ru-shan is split open, one will not fall back into the three realms." Thus, the Ru-shan is accomplished.
