Placing the suffering of the six realms upon oneself, making the different postures and behaviors of each of the six realms, from the initial generation of Bodhicitta, to becoming a Buddha and teaching the Dharma, to passing into Nirvana and the teachings remaining, and the actions of the retinue with lineage, performing various actions, and also running and jumping, walking and sitting, extending and contracting limbs, bending and straightening, and so on, various illusion wheels, trembling, dancing, leaping, peaceful and wrathful postures, singing, dancing, and playing games, doing whatever actions one can think of, making oneself feel weary and exhausted. With the mouth, making the sounds of hell beings: A tsa tsa, A chu chu, A na na, Alas, etc.; the pretas saying: I am hungry, I am cold, I am thirsty, I have nothing, etc.; animals making sounds like: Uu, Muu, Meh, Vam, Am, etc.; the sounds of human crying, groaning, words of sorrow, etc.; the shouting of Asuras: Cut, stab, strike, chop, etc.; the songs and dances of the gods, etc., and at the end of joyful words saying: The trees are withered, the spring is dried up, where have the friends gone? The horse is dead, the cow is lost, do I smell bad? If I die, will I fall into the lower realms? Alas, etc., the different sounds of each of the six realms, and the sounds of the four elements, debate, etc., words in accordance with the Dharma, the sounds of peaceful and wrathful mantras, Vajra songs, fierce laughter Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) Phat (藏文:ཕཊ།,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Phat), Phat (藏文:ཕཊ།,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Phat), etc., making various loud noises and uttering words, practicing by making various sounds. With the mind, transferring all of their respective sufferings and happiness, whatever there is, from their respective situations onto one's own mind and body, and experiencing them oneself. Happy or unhappy, pleasant or painful, attachment or hatred, permanent or impermanent, etc., whatever good or bad thoughts one can think of, forcibly generating various distractions and retentions, making oneself feel very exhausted. In particular, from beginningless samsara, having taken countless rebirths, from each and every body, experiencing the suffering of the different postures and behaviors of each of the six realms, which is inconceivable. The sounds spoken by the mouth also become the cause and condition for dualistic clinging. If this mind recognizes that it is no different from the mind of the Buddha, but because it is dominated by ignorance, it wanders in samsara, and thus enduring the cause and effect of suffering becomes meaningless, and is extremely confusing.
