To condense into the essence of primordial purity and spontaneous presence, symbolizing the path of essence. Thus, through physical training, the mind becomes clear, distinguishing essence from dross, and collectively, the defilements of the body are cleansed. Seeing the body as a blazing Vajra fire pacifies the obstacles of demons and hindrances. In particular, attachment to the body in samsara is reversed, so that one will not fall into samsara and the lower realms in the future. Ultimately, one is liberated inseparably into the Nirmanakaya. The body matures into a Vajra body, and thus one enters into Nirvana. Training of Speech. Increasing. iv8 Increasing outer appearances. Secondly, the training of speech is, as it says in the Abhisamayalankara: "Speech abides as Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), increasing and skill training, through gentle seeking placed on the path, thus the training of speech benefits the mind." Therefore, there are four: increasing, skill training, gentle seeking, and placing on the path. The first also has two aspects, outer and inner. The first is increasing outer appearances: In a secluded place, sit in the lotus position. Visualize a blue Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) in the heart center. Simultaneously, recite Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) in a melodious and prolonged manner. From the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) in the heart center, countless Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum)s arise continuously. Visualize that houses and dwellings, cities and countries, and the immeasurable expanse of the universe are filled with Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum)s, shimmering and blazing, and that all appearances of the stable and moving dissolve into Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum). Combine the three, breath, appearance and awareness, into one with Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), and recite with the lips barely touching, visualizing the natural sound of Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum) resounding like the buzzing of a broken beehive. Practice repeatedly and without distraction, so that all appearances are a sign of the increasing of Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), and all appearances become blurred and arise as the nature of Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum). Thus, outer appearances will be liberated as without inherent existence. Increasing the inner aggregates. Secondly, increasing the inner aggregates is: As before, recite the long Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), so that all the outer Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum)s arise one after another in succession. All of these enter inward through the doors of the senses. Visualize that the inside of the body is completely filled, so that flesh, blood, and internal organs are indistinguishable and purified. By holding the breath, as a sign of the aggregates being increased by Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), the inside of the body is filled with Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), shimmering and resounding, and one may feel uncomfortable. Thus, the elements of the body will be purified, and the heavy aggregates will become uncontaminated.

If we consider whether the mind arises from any cause or condition such as external mountains, rocks, houses, or the environment and its inhabitants, or from parents, and then dissect each of these into atoms, searching and examining, we cannot find it. Therefore, it does not arise from the external environment and its inhabitants. If we consider whether it arises from our own internal body, even if we dissect and examine each part of the body's upper, lower, inner, outer, and middle sections, we cannot find it there either. Similarly, it does not arise from the side of existence, appearing as something real; no matter how we search, we cannot find its object. It also does not arise from the side of non-existence, emptiness, because the place and source of arising cannot be established. Mind does not arise from mind, because both the place of arising and the one who arises cannot be established. Consider what the place of arising and the mind of the one who arises are like. When we examine the mind of the seeker inwardly, we cannot find any essence to identify in all the apprehended and apprehender that appear as the place of arising and the one who arises, the object of search and the seeker. Therefore, causes and conditions are without place, without support. To awaken completely in a state free from all speaking, thinking, expressing, and promising is a sign of accomplishment in the body. It is to recognize and establish the mind-essence that is free from identification, the essence of emptiness, the unborn Dharmakaya.
