In short, a short life is suffering, because suffering is inherent in life. Moreover, obtaining a human body is said to be more difficult than encircling the entire world with a single hair. If all these sufferings were to befall oneself, I think it would be unbearable. When thinking like this, if one has faith in the results, one will contemplate from where these results come and how they arise. Regarding this, Sharawa said: All these do not arise without a cause, are not made by a maker, nor do they arise from discordant causes, but are the results of karma. The results of virtuous and non-virtuous actions produce happiness and suffering respectively. Different kinds of virtue and evil produce different kinds of happiness and suffering, so one experiences the allocation of karma. Also, because the results of one's own actions ripen on the very aggregates of one's own body, karma has the characteristic of belonging to oneself. Sopo Jangyal said: The tongue of the wrongdoer is pulled out here, and in the future, the innocent tongue has no reason to suffer. Therefore, the karma done by the basis held by the continuum of consciousness will ripen in whatever body one takes later, this is the nature of phenomena. It is said in the scriptures that an Arhat said "my hand" and cherished his right hand very much. When asked why, he said that in the past, because he touched another's wife with his hand, he was born as a cripple for five hundred lifetimes, and only now has he obtained a complete hand. The actions of embodied beings will not be lost even after hundreds of eons. When the conditions gather and the time is ripe, the results will manifest. As it is said, until it is destroyed by the opponent force and the result is not eliminated, karma has the characteristic of not being lost. Just like the banyan tree and its seed, or the ashvattha tree and its seed, a small cause produces a great result, therefore it has the characteristic of increasing cause and effect. The examples of increase are all those mentioned before. By keeping the pure fasting vows for one day and one night, one can obtain the life of a human or a god. Killing one animal will cause one to be reborn in hell. That one day of fasting is said to be equivalent to nine million years in the human realm. By taking vows, even committing a small offense

It is also said that the earth also produces the suffering of one day, so these sufferings should be applied one by one for meditation. That is, from mindfulness, it is said that the monk who is proficient in the results of karma observes with the wisdom arising from hearing or with the divine eye. As it is said, now that we do not have clairvoyance, we must meditate by taking only the words of the Tathagata as the standard. As it is said, relying on the recollection of the Buddha's words, we must be convinced that happiness and suffering are the results of karma. Abandon the cause of bad destinies and accomplish the cause of good destinies. Among them, the cause of bad destinies to be abandoned is said in the sutras: Killing living beings leads them to hell, to the place of birth of animals, and to the world of Yama. The remaining non-virtuous actions, not giving, sexual misconduct, lying, divisive speech, harsh speech, idle talk, greed, malice, and wrong views, must also be applied one by one. As it is said, the ten non-virtuous actions, if practiced frequently, will lead to hell; if practiced moderately, will lead to hungry ghosts; if practiced slightly, will be reborn as animals. Or, from the three poisons that cause all non-virtuous actions, the Garland of Jewels says: Hatred throws people into hell, greed makes people go to the realm of hungry ghosts, and ignorance mostly makes people reborn as animals. It has also been said. From the individual causes, starting from mindfulness, killing will lead to the Reviving Hell. On top of this, not giving will lead from the Black Line Hell to the final wrong view will lead to the Avici Hell. In addition, drinking alcohol, causing oneself or others to break vows, and committing the five inexpiable sins will also lead to the Howling Hell, the Hot Hell, and the Avici Hell, respectively. It is also said that in the direction where the Sangha resides and departs, discarding impure things will lead to rebirth in the mud of corpses, etc., which is the cause of rebirth in the sixteen attendant hells. Whether it is any sentient being, especially stealing the clothes of those who hold vows, destroying temples, slandering the noble ones, etc., it is also said that there are countless causes of rebirth in the cold hells. From the Paramita vehicle, abandoning the Dharma itself is the greatest sin, which is the cause of falling into the Avici Hell. From the Secret Mantra vehicle, violating the guru and vows itself is the most
