What else is needed? One should be very enthusiastic even for the smallest virtuous deeds. This is considered the unmistaken path of the Great Vehicle, as there is no further progression beyond the Fully Enlightened Buddha. This is the guidance for the subsequent main practice. The Four Sessions Homage to the Guru! Starting with the four sessions, one should sit in the vajra posture, etc., adjust the body posture well, and generate the mind of enlightenment. Visualize the deity's form, understanding its lack of inherent existence. Visualize the lineage gurus, etc., at the crown of the head. Visualize all that is seen and the entire space filled with Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Dakinis, and Dharma Protectors. Offer them the mandala and the three offerings of outer, inner, and secret. Confess sins, and perform the special refuge three times. Make supplications three times. Then, engage in cultivating the mind of enlightenment, etc., and let the mind rest in a state of non-contrivance. Afterward, observe whether the meditation is truly undone when you undo it. If it is said to be undone, it is a sign that meditation has not arisen, so the guidance should be repeated from the beginning. The meditation will not be undone, or it will become more stable. If this happens, it is to be integrated with conduct, practicing without separation in the four types of conduct: walking, eating, moving, and sleeping. If it arises in the four types of conduct, make it habitual and familiar. In this way, the wisdom of one's own mind as inseparable from the Dharmakaya is called Fully Enlightened Buddha when it reaches completion. The Bhagavan said, 'If the mind is realized, it is wisdom, so one should repeatedly cultivate the notion of not seeking the Buddha elsewhere.' The Hevajra Tantra also says, 'By meditating on the mind, one becomes a Buddha; apart from the precious mind, there is neither Buddha nor sentient being.' The great Jetsun (Milarepa) also said, 'There is no Buddha realized apart from the mind; there is nothing closer than the root channels and winds.' Therefore, the meaning of realization is also the most supreme among the objects of refuge, as it liberates from the suffering of samsara. Even after realizing this, one should strive to accumulate merit. Accumulating merit is extremely important. The complete Mahamudra guidance of the Gampopa lineage is thus completed. Even with such guidance, if meditation does not arise, it is said that one should repeat the guidance from the beginning. The Stages of Arising Fruit Homage to the noble Gurus! The great Guru Naropa said: The secret mantra of Chakrasamvara, reciting seven million times --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Therefore, the earth shook, and the prophecy was received. Go to the east and meditate on the nectar instructions spoken by Tailopa (Tilopa): 'The reality of things is the path, and the order in which the fruit arises.' Therefore, the great master Naropa (Naropa) relied on the venerable Tailopa (Tilopa) for twelve years, enduring twelve different hardships. Finally, in a dry land without water, he smeared a mandala of sand with blood, cut off the tips of his ears, etc., arranged them into a bouquet and offered it. When he took off his shoes and kicked Naropa's brow, Naropa fell to the ground. All four classes of Cakrasamvara's teachings, including words and meanings, came to mind. In particular, the Tummo and other Six Yogas of Naropa arose in his mind. Regarding this, the body is the five wisdoms, the channels and bodhicitta, impure substances and conceptual thoughts, are the nature of the body. Among them, there are three key points: body, place, and time. Regarding the explanation of the key of the body: like stringing corals with precious threads, be very upright and bend into nine sections.' Therefore, there are three key points for practicing Tummo: the key of the body, the key of the channels, and the key of the air. Regarding the key of the body, enter a meditation place of suitable size, clear away mucus and phlegm, put in a meditation belt that is the height of the head, press the vajra root (vajra root) with the heels of the feet, and reduce desire. Insert the end of a piece of cloth into the anus, and the lower air will naturally be controlled. Cross the legs like a grid. Place the hands in the vajra posture below the navel. Keep the spine straight. Close the lips. Look at the tip of the nose. Bend the neck slightly. Then generate the supreme bodhicitta. Visualize the body as a deity. Then, the second is the key of the channels. In a body like an empty leather bag filled with air, visualize the upper end of the central channel (uma) inserted into the crown of the head with the letter 'Hum' (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable), and the lower end located in the secret place, but not touching the four fingers below. It is said that if it touches, desire will increase. Visualize the central channel as white on the outside and red on the inside, without knots or bends, like a pillar in an empty room, empty and hollow, like a medium-sized bamboo pole. Visualize the upper ends of the roma and kyangma channels entering from the nostrils, going down to the throat, and meeting the central channel four fingers below the navel, like medium-sized arrow shafts, thin like sheep intestines. Then, practice with the four breathing exercises, which are inhaling and filling. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
