In the center of the earth, Mount Meru, the king of mountains, is made of four precious materials. The east is made of silver, the south of lapis lazuli, the west of ruby, and the north of gold. Mount Meru is eighty thousand yojanas above the water, and eighty thousand yojanas within the water. Above the water, there are four layers, the first of which is the wind layer, possessing a turquoise vajra. It rises sixteen thousand yojanas in the field, and three times as much in the water. The second layer is the water layer, piled up like a mountain, rising eight thousand yojanas. The third layer is crystal, shining brightly, rising four thousand yojanas. The fourth layer is a wheel of stacked jewels, rising two thousand yojanas. From the water's edge, it is half the height of Mount Meru. The seven golden mountains surround it in a square, with mountains such as Yoke-Holder Mountain, Good-to-See Mountain, Elephant-Nose Mountain, Axis-Holder Mountain, Lovely Mountain, Horse-Ear Mountain, Subduer Mountain, and the Great Mountain Holding the Perimeter. The five types of Asuras are: long-life glorious Devas and murderous Rakshasas, powerful Yakshas, violent transforming demons. Those transformed into the race of venomous Nagas. Of all the Asura realms, draw in all the inner and outer environments, glory and essence, with a hook of radiant light!
