Release. Cut off the stream of speech. Maintain the natural state and release. Entrust the mind to the one who watches. Awareness should be maintained in its natural state and released. As it says in "Vast Expanse of Clarity": Through the perspective of the Shravaka's peace, the three doors of body, speech, and mind are released. So it is said. Then, the Bodhisattva's perspective is: The body is with the seven-fold posture of Vairochana. The body is still, gathered into one-pointedness, placed straight and evenly, and released. As it says in "Vast Expanse of Clarity": The perspective of the Bodhisattva, becomes attainment of release and bliss. So it is said. Then, the perspective of the Wrathful One is to maintain and release. The body's perspective of the Wrathful One is to maintain and release from the state of glaring eyes, and so on. In speech, uttering ha ha hi hi, Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), phaṭ (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪), and so on, fierce and swift sounds, maintain and release. The mind fixes the body's eyes on the space, remaining straight and unmoving. Speech is like a mute, remaining in its own place, free from words and expressions. The mind, without fear or anxiety, remains calmly in its own place, and the three doors of body, speech, and mind are released, giving rise to the experience of clarity and emptiness. As it says in "Vast Expanse of Clarity": The perspective of the Wrathful One himself, release, and the three qualities are also accomplished. So it is said. Thus, the perspective of the Shravaka is to make the three doors of body, speech, and mind, which do not abide, abide. The perspective of the Bodhisattva is to make what abides firm. The perspective of the Wrathful One is to liberate what is firm. Thus, there are two purposes for restoring to its original state: Temporarily, the three doors of body, speech, and mind give rise to good experiences of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality. Ultimately, the view of the primordial purity of Lhagthong is realized. Thus, if one cannot restore to its original state, there will be faults that are the opposite of the above qualities. Secondly, the main part is to generate uncontaminated wisdom in the continuum, which has two aspects: Trekchö and Tögal. The first has three aspects: The basis of delusion, the basis of liberation, and the introduction to Trekchö. Among these, the first, the basis of delusion, is: Initially, samsara and nirvana both abide on one basis, and from the difference between awareness and non-awareness, two paths and two results arise. As it says in "Tashi Dze Den": Before the enlightened Buddha appeared and before the unenlightened mind arose, the self-born wisdom of awareness did not move from its basis. Cause

It is placed together with the three appearances of existence. Therefore, it is said that the wisdom of self-arising awareness is the state of its own abiding. O, this great and vast expanse of appearance is called the great Buddha who is not mistaken from the great unwavering one. The essence body abides without ceasing. The secret means of unchanging essence: unwavering, unmoving, unshifting. All appearances are perfected at once. All wisdom is perfected in an instant. All bodies abide in maturity. All appearances of light are clear without obscuration. In the appearance of the state of being, the unobstructed essence, nature, and compassion of the means of appearance are completely and greatly perfected without interruption. Thus, if one asks whether the equality of samsara and nirvana is elsewhere, it is not recognizing oneself. For example, just as one's own face appears in a mirror, grasping at the base as if a halo of light appears, from the subtle thought of "Did that appear to me, or did I appear to that?" one becomes confused. Although there is no cause for confusion in the essence, one is confused by thought or appearance, just as clouds suddenly appear in the sky even though there are no real clouds. This is also due to ignorance. From ignorance comes conceptualization, from conceptualization comes consciousness, from that comes name, from that comes form, from that come the six sense sources, from that comes contact, from that comes feeling, from that comes craving, from that comes grasping, from grasping comes becoming, from becoming comes birth, from birth comes aging and death. Thus, the twelve links of dependent origination are confused in the reverse order. Similarly, from that base, the path of samsara arises, and as a result, only suffering is experienced. The infinite suffering of each of the six realms arises from not knowing one's own face. The wisdom of original purity that one has from the beginning is possessed by oneself and does not depend on others, just as the Sal tree is gold from the beginning, and just as butter pervades sesame seeds and milk, one must recognize one's own face in order to recognize the Sugata-garbha that pervades all beings. Secondly, the basis of liberation: On the basis of Samantabhadra, in an instant, the hundred doors of spontaneous manifestation of the base appearance arise as self-appearance. Without grasping at it as other, recognizing it as self-luminosity with an impartial mind, the movement is self-liberated. In the first instant, when self-appearance arises, the thought of recognizing one's own face arises. From abiding in the specific vase body, the fire-wind of wisdom stirs, and self-appearance self-luminosity arises.
