The wheel of explanation. Thus it is. At this time, the sounds of the peaceful and wrathful deities and the sounds of various elements should also be proclaimed. From the aspect of Nirvana, there are four: increasing, training, seeking, and entering the path. First, increasing has two aspects: increasing outer appearances and increasing inner aggregates. First, the increasing of outer appearances is: by reciting (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) in the mouth, the awareness is focused on the appearance dissolving into the sound of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Lightly touching the teeth and lips, the three—wind, appearance, and thought—are unified. By doing so, it is necessary for all outer appearances to be liberated from self-nature. Second, the increasing of inner aggregates is: the body is straightened in the central position, and by reciting (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) in the mouth, the awareness is focused on one or two (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) appearing within the aggregates and dissolving into the sound of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). If the thought arises that there is a sound of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) inside, that is the key to controlling the wind. By doing so, it is necessary for the aggregates to be liberated from self-nature. Second, training has two aspects: training outer appearances and training inner aggregates. First, the training of the mind on outer appearances is: reciting (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) forcefully and briefly in the mouth, training to intensely penetrate all appearances. By doing so, it is necessary for all outer appearances to transform into bliss and clarity. Second, the training of inner aggregates is: reciting (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) strongly in the mouth, and emitting those (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) intensely from the body, both internally and externally. By doing so, it is necessary to pacify diseases and demonic influences and to liberate the aggregates into luminosity through the training of the aggregates. Third, seeking is: placing any sign in front of oneself, reciting (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) in the mouth, and focusing awareness on the rope of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) twisted like a ball of yarn. By focusing in this way, the awareness will become clear and bright. Then, again reciting (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), focusing awareness on liberating from the rope of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), the thought of liberating from them will arise. By doing so, it is necessary to be able to transform the object of focus anywhere. Fourth, entering the path is: reciting (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) in one's own mouth, and focusing awareness on a distance of about one cubit in front. Thus, the practice of inner speech has three aspects: common, special, and ultimate purpose. The common purpose is: the obscuration of speech.

All things are purified, the merits of speech are obtained, and there is a need to dispel the clinging to speech. The special need is: relying on dispelling the clinging to speech, from now on there is a need for speech not to revolve in samsara. Speech has the need to be liberated from the Sambhogakaya. The ultimate need is: speech has the need to enter nirvana inseparably from the speech of all Buddhas. Thus, if speech does not distinguish between samsara and the good, there will be the fault of backfiring. Third, distinguishing between the samsara and the good of mind, the precursor of mind is divided into two parts: the part of samsara and the part of nirvana. Among them, "After Death" says: "For the sake of the mind's preliminary, cultivate the suffering of the six realms in the mind." And the "Commentary on the Root Wisdom of the Middle Way" says: "The mind first arises, dwells in the middle, and goes to the end. Like this, after examining from the three, taming the mind is beneficial to the mind." Among them, the first is the part of samsara: First, although this mind is Dharmakaya, it wanders in samsara because it has not realized that it is Dharmakaya. In order for the mind not to wander in samsara from now on, for the benefit of all sentient beings, the mind generates the thought of distinguishing between samsara and the good, and not making distinctions. Then, contemplate the suffering of the hot and cold hells, the suffering of hunger and thirst of the pretas, the suffering of being used by animals, the suffering of birth, old age, sickness and death of humans, the suffering of fighting of the asuras, the suffering of death and fall of the gods, and all these sufferings are experienced as they are. The awareness after these sufferings should also be placed in one's own continuum and observed. Therefore, do not let the mind enter the external samsara, as the "Vajra Dakini Tantra" says: "Who can turn, its wheel of thought, after which these mental streams cease." And, who can distinguish the good, examine the middle dwelling place and the final destination. First, on a comfortable cushion, with the seven dharmas of meditation, examine the arising of the mind and the one who arises. First, is it arising from existence or arising from non-existence? Is it arising from appearance or arising from emptiness? Examine it well. The shape and color of the one who arises, etc.
