二资净刹二聚速圆满，祈愿获得圆满正等觉。未获彼前生生世世中，获得天人殊胜安乐已，为成办一切遍知之时，障碍邪魔瘟疫及诸病，种种非时横死及恶梦，恶兆以及八怖等损害，祈愿迅速寂灭悉消除。世间以及超胜世间之，吉祥善妙圆满aggregate，所有增长广大诸义理，祈愿无需勤作任运成。精勤修持圣法增上且，恒时修持得见尊颜已，证悟空性义及菩提心，如上弦月般增长广大。如是念诵三遍。至尊圣母度母请垂念我！您等具有智之智慧，慈之悲悯，及事业之事业不可思议，总的来说，祈愿佛教兴盛广大，以及所有持教士夫，特别是尊贵的上师（某某）长久住世，心愿任运成就，以及十方僧众，特别是聚集于（某某）此处的僧众，一切和合，并且十种法行的修持，越来越增上广大，以及以施主为首的，我等一切有情相续中，生起慈悲菩提心珍宝，以及无倒的见解，祈请加持。祈请加持，使彼等修持之时，暂时性的违缘，不顺之品类全部寂灭，顺缘一切善聚圆满具足。如是念诵三遍，祈请所愿。之后如前一般顶礼七次，献上三堆子的供养。作七支供，念诵赞颂三遍及祈请。尽所有，何等，十方世界中，三世逝去人狮子一切，我以无余彼等所有，身语意三恭敬作顶礼。 贤善行愿力之威力，一切胜者意之显现。

May the two accumulations be purified and the two accumulations be quickly completed, and may I attain perfect enlightenment. Until then, in all my lifetimes, having attained the supreme bliss of gods and humans, when I strive to attain omniscience, may all obstacles, evil spirits, epidemics and diseases, various untimely deaths, bad dreams and bad omens, and the eight fears and other harms be quickly pacified and eliminated. May all the auspicious, virtuous and perfect aggregates of worldly and transmundane things, and all the meanings of increase and expansion, be accomplished effortlessly and spontaneously. May I be diligent in practice, may the sacred Dharma increase, may I always see your face in practice, and may the precious Bodhicitta, which realizes the meaning of emptiness, increase and expand like the waxing moon. Recite this three times. Noble Mother Tara, please consider me! You have inconceivable wisdom of knowledge, compassion of love, and activity of action. In general, may the Buddhist teachings flourish and spread, and may all the holders of the teachings, especially the venerable lama (name), live long and may their wishes be spontaneously fulfilled. May all the Sangha of the ten directions, especially the Sangha gathered here (name), be harmonious, and may the practice of the ten Dharma practices increase and expand more and more. May the precious jewel of loving-kindness, compassion, and Bodhicitta, and the correct view that is not inverted, arise in the minds of all sentient beings, beginning with the patrons. Please bless that when they practice, all temporary obstacles and unfavorable conditions will be pacified, and all favorable conditions and good gatherings will be fully complete. Recite this three times, praying for what you wish. Then, as before, prostrate seven times and offer the three heaps of mandalas. Make the seven-branch offering and recite the praise three times with supplications. As many as there are in the ten directions of the world, all the lions of men who have passed away in the three times, I prostrate to all of them with body, speech, and mind. By the power of the aspiration of the excellent conduct, all the victorious ones appear in my mind.

Om Swasti! With bodies as numerous as the dust motes in all Buddhafields, I prostrate to all Buddhas. On each dust mote are Buddhas as numerous as dust motes, seated amidst their Bodhisattva sons and daughters. Likewise, I imagine that all realms of Dharma are completely filled with Buddhas. With endless oceans of praise, and with all the sounds of the oceans of melodious branches, I extol all the qualities of all Buddhas, and I praise all Sugatas. With excellent flowers and excellent garlands, with musical instruments, supreme unguents and supreme parasols, with supreme lamps and excellent incense, I make offerings to those Buddhas. With excellent garments, supreme fragrances, heaps of powdered incense equal to Mount Meru, and all kinds of uniquely excellent arrangements, I make offerings to those Buddhas. I also imagine offering all those unsurpassed and vast offerings to all Buddhas. Through the power of faith in the practice of the Good, I prostrate and make offerings to all Buddhas. In the past, through the power of desire, hatred, and ignorance, whatever sins I have committed with my body, speech, and mind, I confess each and every one of them. I rejoice in all the merit of all the Buddhas and their sons and daughters in the ten directions, of the Pratyekabuddhas, those in training and those beyond training, and of all beings. I beseech all those who are the lamps of the world in the ten directions, who have realized unhindered Buddhahood in stages, to turn the unsurpassed Wheel of Dharma. To those who wish to show the passing into Nirvana, I beseech them to remain for as many eons as there are dust motes in the Buddhafields, for the benefit and happiness of all beings. I prostrate with palms joined. Whatever small amount of virtue I have accumulated through prostrating, making offerings, confessing, rejoicing, beseeching, and requesting, I dedicate it all to the attainment of Buddhahood. Thus, after reciting the seven-branch prayer once, as it says in the Bodhicharyavatara: Until I attain the essence of enlightenment, I take refuge in the Buddhas, and likewise I take refuge in the Dharma and the assembly of Bodhisattvas.
