May all beings be liberated from the ocean of samsara, turbulent with the waves of old age, sickness, and death! Thus, one should make dedications and aspirations as appropriate. The benefits of performing the Tara Four-Mandala ritual in this way are that, temporarily, all adverse circumstances such as the eight fears are pacified, and all auspicious qualities such as lifespan, merit, power, and wealth increase and expand like the waxing moon. In particular, all wishes that are in accordance with the Dharma are fulfilled as desired, and the precious Bodhicitta is born in the mind-stream, quickly attaining the precious state of omniscience.
