The ritual of praying to Arya Tara, the recitation method of the four-mandala offering, entitled "Swiftly Accomplishing Desires," is present. The ritual of praying to Arya Tara, the recitation method of the four-mandala offering, entitled "Swiftly Accomplishing Desires," is present. Om Swasti. Having prostrated to the victorious mother Tara, the method of praying to her, the ritual of the four-mandala offering, is clearly written because it is extremely profound. There are two parts to it: the preparation of offerings and the actual ritual. The first is: In the center of a room that has been cleaned and decorated, on a well-arranged throne, place the general supports of the Three Jewels, and especially the blessed image of the venerable mother. In front of it, draw a mandala of incense with four layers of lines. On each of these, arrange four sets of offerings complete with the five objects of sense. The second is: If the prayer is performed by four monks with pure lineage, it will be very quick, but if that is not possible, it can be accomplished by praying alone. The order of that is: I take refuge in the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha until enlightenment. By the merit of my giving and other virtues, may I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of all beings. Recite the refuge and bodhicitta seven times. May all sentient beings have happiness and the causes of happiness. May all sentient beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering. May all sentient beings never be separated from the happiness that is without suffering. May all sentient beings abide in equanimity, free from attachment and aversion, near and far. Meditate on the four immeasurables as a preliminary. By the truth of the Three Jewels, the blessings of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the great power of the complete accumulation of the two merits, and the pure and inconceivable power of the Dharmadhatu, may these surrounding grounds today be like the arrangement of the Sukhavati realm, adorned with all complete ornaments, beautiful, pleasing, and inconceivable. By this, bless the place. In these perfect and complete realms, may pure offerings of divine and human use, such as forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and touches, and clouds of pure and pleasing offerings spread.

The inconceivable cloud of offerings fills the entire expanse of space. Bless the offerings with this. Burning incense, holding flowers in cupped hands, with single-pointed devotion, palms joined, I pray: From all directions and times, the Three Jewels and retinue of protectors, with compassionate minds, consider suffering beings. From immeasurable Buddha-fields, with unobstructed miraculous powers, descend here and dwell amidst the ocean of offering clouds. This is a prayer to the general Three Jewels. The protector of all sentient beings, the deity who subdues the armies of demons and unbearable enemies, the Bhagavan who knows all things as they are, and your retinue, I pray that you descend to this place. Or, from the supreme place of Potala, born from the green seed-syllable (Tibetan: ཏཱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ताṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: tāṃ), the light of the seed-syllable (Tibetan: ཏཱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ताṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: tāṃ) liberates beings, I pray that Tara and her retinue descend. Gods and demigods with their diadems, bow to the lotus feet, the mother who liberates from all poverty, I pray that Tara and her retinue descend. Thus, invite. In the sky in front, the assembly of lamas, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas, especially the noble Sengdeng Nakkyi Dolma (Tara of the Acacia Forest), surrounded by the retinue of the twenty-one Taras, come and dwell inseparable from my own form. Then, the embodiment of all Buddhas, the very nature of Vajradhara, the root of the Three Jewels, I prostrate to the lamas. With this, prostrate to the lamas. Protector, possessor of great compassion, omniscient teacher, field of merit and qualities, I prostrate to the Tathagata. The cause of purity, free from attachment, liberating from the lower realms through virtue, the supreme, singular, ultimate truth, I prostrate to the peaceful Dharma. Having liberated, also showing the path of liberation, with great respect for the trainings, the holy field, the field of qualities, I also prostrate to the Sangha. With this, praise the Three Jewels, prostrating three times to each, twelve times in total. Scatter flowers to the general objects of refuge, then sit on the ground, as in the Bhadracharyapranidhana: As many as there are in the ten directions of the world, all the lions among men who have gone to the three times, I prostrate to all of them with body, speech, and mind. With the power of the aspiration of the Excellent Conduct,
