In the Kunje Gyalpo (All Creating King) it says: "The three times are one, there is no difference. There is no before, no after, it arises from the beginning. Because the Dharmakaya is all-pervading and one. It abides in its own nature as the Great of Greats." And: "This wondrous and marvelous play, abides like the unconditioned sky. Without fixating on anything, from ignorance, immediately it arises from itself." And in the Doha it says: "If you strive diligently relying on the Guru's instructions, there is no doubt that co-emergent wisdom will arise. It is beyond color, qualities, letters, and examples, it cannot be spoken of, it is indicated by 'Gyina'. Like the bliss of a young maiden clinging to her heart, who can show that supreme power to anyone?" And in the Sutra of Supreme Samadhi it says: "On the inconceivable nature of reality, placing an inconceivable mind, the experience of unbiased view will arise. Therefore, it is called Samadhi." Thus, when the self-arisen co-emergent wisdom arises, the yogi sees acceptance and rejection, appearance and emptiness, existence and non-existence, samsara and nirvana, knower and known, all as equality. Furthermore, all phenomena, internal and external, are like the eight examples of illusion, the nature of reality is unborn by its own nature, and the essence is inseparable, so appearance and emptiness are seen as one. As it says in the Great Perfection, Mind at Rest: "Appearance and emptiness are all one, transcending all extremes of existence and non-existence. Not thinking of samsara and nirvana as two, knower and known are of one essence. Seeing the Dharma without equality or inequality." And in the Kunje Gyalpo it says: "As it appears, so it is one in Suchness. For the unmade, equal King, the intention of the non-conceptual Dharmakaya arises from within." As it is said, the nature of mind transcends the extremes of existence and non-existence, and the clear and luminous wisdom arises as the play of non-duality of samsara and nirvana. At such a time, remaining in equanimity without distraction, without elaboration or contraction, like clouds dissolving, without distraction in that state of view, remaining in equanimity. As it says in the Kunje Gyalpo: "Alas! Hero Vajra, meditate on Suchness as it is! On the view of realization that is self-liberated, without distraction, abiding in its own nature, there is no effort. Everything is self-arisen and self-liberated." And: "This nature of mind, like unborn space, abide in the state of unborn and unceasing." Furthermore,

From the Great Perfection, Mind at Rest, it says: Without distraction, free from laxity and contraction, abide, In the nature of mind, primordially pure like the sky, Mental events do not appear, like clouds dissolving. With the awareness that is without distraction, free from clouds, Truly in the natural state, naturally abide. Thus it is said. Furthermore, what should be understood at this time is that when practicing the path in this way, the general obstacles to meditation are, as it is said: Laziness and the instructions, Forgetfulness, sinking, and agitation, Non-application and application, These are the five faults. Thus it is said. Their antidotes are: Abandoning them, eight kinds of application, Abiding and abiding in that, Cause and effect as well. Not forgetting the object, Sinking and agitation, and realization, Abandoning them, manifest application, When pacified, abide naturally. Thus said the venerable Maitreya, which should also be understood here. That is, when abiding in something, more thoughts arise than before, and sometimes one is in a daze, sometimes one does not abide, and even when one abides, there is a subtle mental activity deep down that is not stable. All three of these are efforts to abide, but because the flow of thoughts is blocked, it is not stable. Therefore, the awareness expands infinitely, and in the end, the power of thoughts is exhausted, and one attains the self-nature of abiding. Abide in that state, like a crow flying from a pond, circling and circling, and finally landing there again. This is because it is neither abiding nor moving, nor dependent on abiding. It does not fall into either the six consciousnesses or the inner consciousness, and the awareness that transcends birth, death, permanence, and annihilation, the self-knowing and self-illuminating essence, the unobstructed appearance of power and radiance, is also cut off from emptiness. The clarity transcends the realm of speech, and by guarding that self-nature without distraction, the realization of the true nature will gradually increase and become more stable. Also, if sinking is too strong, expel the stale air, straighten the body, raise the gaze, and put effort into the awareness. When tired, show an effortful appearance, and finally abide. If agitated and distracted, lower the gaze, relax the body, seek comfort, lower the eyes, and relax from the depths of the heart, abiding naturally. Also, sometimes when the sky is clear and cloudless, with the sun behind you, in the expanse of the sky
