So, it is like this: individual ordinary people, as well as Śrāvakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Bodhisattvas who have newly entered the vehicle, as it is said. Generally speaking, starting from the Śrāvakayāna, the eight vehicles up to and including Anuyoga are only the basis or stepping stone of the Atiyoga path, while Atiyoga combines the actual path and the fruit itself. Here, in the sequence of instructions for Ati Dzogchen, there are four that precede speech. As it is said in the Transcendent of Thought: "Speech dwells as Hūṃ, with increase and diligent practice, seeking friends to enter the path." Therefore, the first two are, to increase on the outer appearance, that is, in a secluded place, settle the body with the seven-fold posture, contemplate a blue Hūṃ syllable in the heart, make it appear clearly, and then the teeth and lips slightly touch, mix the breath and consciousness with the three Hūṃs, and sing a melodious and long Hūṃ song, so that many Hūṃ syllables will burst forth from the Hūṃ in the heart. Exit from the right nostril. All outer appearances are filled with Hūṃ flames, so all appearances appear as the nature of Hūṃ, which is increase. Therefore, it is necessary to liberate appearances from being without self-nature. This is the sequence of increasing on the outer appearance. Moreover, in the After Death it says: "Do the key point of increase for three days." Therefore, increasing the outer appearance and increasing the inner aggregates are divided into two, and it is customary to do them in two Dharma sessions, but both are done together. Therefore, when practicing, one should separate the early and late or the former day and the latter day to practice. Then, increasing the inner aggregates is: as above, in a secluded place, settle the body with the seven-fold posture, from the blue Hūṃ syllable in the heart, Hūṃ syllables radiate, exiting from the right nostril. The flames of Hūṃ that fill the outside enter from one's own left nostril without obstruction, and contemplate that the inside of the body is filled with flames. Recite the Hūṃ syllable as much as possible in the mouth, and finally hold the breath. The body is filled with the emptiness of Hūṃ, appearing effortlessly, and feeling uncomfortable, this is the key point of increasing the inner aggregates. Therefore, it is necessary to liberate the inner flesh and blood body from being without self-nature. In the case of the two increases, outer and inner, one should sing a melodious Hūṃ song.

In the long run, at the Indracourse, mix the three, wind, consciousness, and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and hold them with fierce diligence. The eleventh common meaning is the way to practice diligence: Oh! Now gathered here again, all the assembled ocean of beings, with a single-minded thought, to establish all beings, self and others, in the state of perfect and unsurpassed Buddhahood. For that purpose, listen well with the intention of listening to and practicing the sacred Dharma properly, preceded by the generation of the supreme Bodhicitta. There are immeasurable benefits to hearing and listening to the Dharma. To combine with a story from the past: A Dharma-speaking monk was preaching the Dharma in a certain place called Neu-kha, and there was a frog there who heard the sound of the Dharma in his ear. One time, a cowherd named Gawa went to listen to the Dharma, and without realizing it, he supported himself with a wooden staff, and crushed the frog to death. Because he had heard the Dharma before, and the sound of the Dharma was clearly echoing in his ear at that time, he died at that moment, and the frog was immediately reborn as a god in the Thirty-Three Heavens. After being born there, he had thoughts about three places: where he was born from, where he was born in, and by what karma he was born. After thinking about it, he realized that he had been reborn as a god simply because he had heard the sound of the Dharma in his ear when he was a frog before, so he took many heavenly flowers and went with many gods to prostrate to the Buddha. The Buddha also said, "All conditioned phenomena are impermanent, all contaminated phenomena are suffering, all dharmas are selfless, and Nirvana is peace." Therefore, that god realized the truth. Similarly, just hearing the sound of the Dharma can purify obscurations and plant the seed of the Dharma in the future. Therefore, it is very important to repeatedly strive to hear and contemplate. As it says in the sutra: "Hearing knows all dharmas, hearing stops evil deeds, hearing abandons what is meaningless, hearing attains Nirvana." Therefore, it is essential to listen to the sacred Dharma without bias. The way the Buddha taught the Dharma, and the way the Arhat taught the Dharma, are as previously explained. There are two ways in which a Paṇḍita teaches the Dharma:
